Someone didn't understand what I was talking about when I discussed legally drawing that line between what is, and what is not your obligation when it comes to others' actions.I don't think the jury is likely to be discussing honking, yelling "fire," or bullying to suicide. Frankly, at this point, I would wager that they're wondering how much longer they have to sit in the jury room before the judge will accept their inability to agree on a verdict and send them home.
It's an analogy. It's food for thought. It's an attempt at reaching common understanding.
I only need point to this thread, this message, as a demonstration of how intent is completely mis-read, and misinterpreted by those very same people that are certain they can read GT's intent that night.
