Exactly... Warriena doesn't seem the meek type, but look at her language - "sorry", "no no just let me go" -- clearly she is terrified out of her mind. She isn't arguing back, she's trying to placate him, IMO.It reminds me of when my brother would beat me up while yelling "stop hitting me" loud enough for mum to hear.
I have unfortunately met someone very similar in an encounter once. Mega insane and manipulative. So so so glad to have been able to leave...such similar language and behaviour. It makes me shudder...Now I am wondering how many times he's pulled that stunt, so girls would be intimidated out of complaining...
He seems exactly the sort to do it, too.
I'm really wondering if police will pick up the sound of the balcony doors being opened a second time. I have a hard time believing he wasn't out on that balcony with her, with the phone left inside, still recording. It's *possible* Warriena was so scared (and she did seem very scared) that she tried to climb, but something tells me not. I feel like Tostee is manipulating the whole recording, anyway, to make himself sound blameless. Whether for lulz or rape-insurance, or maybe even to make sure he came across as 'innocent' after he killed somebody, who knows.. I mean, what type of person kills a woman, then nips out for pizza? fffffffnsicko.
I also wonder if he closed the door from the outside and he did struggle with her on the balcony...I do believe he carried her out there which is when she screams "No no no"

How can it be more than manslaughter, if he did not physically throw her over balconey?
Just as info for astorytold, and a reminder for any other interested people, here is the murder case that is apparently being looked at as a precedent for Tostee's murder charge.
Police evidently have proof that Warriena was in great, substantiated fear of Tostee.
Kelly Healey was in the shower when her boyfriend broke down the bathroom door, grabbed her throat and punched her in the face.
Terrified and in fear of her life, Ms Healey is thought to have climbed out the window and fallen 21m to her death.
Her boyfriend, 33-year-old tattooist Kim William Royall, was found guilty of her murder – not because he necessarily threw her, but because she fell trying to escape him.

the way i read it, he forced her out on balcony, and shut her out there by herself, unpleasant situation, but she just met the guy, why would she have such fear?
