I'm thinking the male cops did not want to be tangled in any sexual assault problems while this woman was down.

My son 'created one person protests' when he was two years old. Yep he'd throw himself down and kick his legs and scream in public, he was a child though. ......thank God he grew out of that.

Obviously some people never grow up.
