where is the evidence for Gabe being 'beaten' by W?... even Gray , when driving around with Gabe asks him if he wants to go to hospital, but it isn't because he appears to have been 'beaten' but because Gray concedes that someone falling from your 14th floor balcony might, just might provoke a bit of shock. .. . Gray doesn't say , in the recording, 'my god, Gabe!! what happened to you, you look like you've gone 10 rounds and lost 9!.. my poor boy!..'.. nothing of the sort. .. .. no DNA, no open wounds, no recent abrasions, no nothin, ....
