where is the evidence for Gabe being 'beaten' by W?... even Gray , when driving around with Gabe asks him if he wants to go to hospital, but it isn't because he appears to have been 'beaten' but because Gray concedes that someone falling from your 14th floor balcony might, just might provoke a bit of shock. .. . Gray doesn't say , in the recording, 'my god, Gabe!! what happened to you, you look like you've gone 10 rounds and lost 9!.. my poor boy!..'.. nothing of the sort. .. .. no DNA, no open wounds, no recent abrasions, no nothin, ....

So. Both Warriena's and Tostee's DNA is clearly on the little rocks.

But Warriena's DNA is not clearly on the bracket she's meant to have held and hit Tostee with.

Interesting. Especially in light of those metallic unscrewing sounds we can hear immediately after Warriena fell.

of course, this could all be put down to Gabe's well documented oddness, in all aspects of his life and lifestyle, and part of me is prepared to do that, to a certain extent, but that bit is just weird to me. ..

His story to both his dad and to the police is riddled with fantasy, and glaringly self serving fantasy, which invokes one to believe he is hiding the un selfserving bits for as long as he possibly can.

Not much can keep Gabe between real life and his pizza though.... not even a million cops surrounding his apartment and a dead woman's body on the pavement in front of it, no sirree..... a man and his pizza are sacred.
