Like a little boy throwing a cracker into dry leaves and running away.

Gee, why would they stop? The deceased, was deceased, beyond help in any way.

Lol ... elde fruit ... that is a very defence-lawyerly way to think.

I think some sign(s) of compassion and care would have gone a long way then, and would have gone a long way in the current jury trial too.

particularly if the deceased, beyond help and all that, fell from my balcony.. .. I reckon that would be one reason to stop circling and report to the authorities in attendance.. but hey.. that's just me.....

Oh my gosh, so Gable and Rrie's DNA was all over each other and my invisible elder friend is saying she was immediately 'past tense' because she was deceased, after hours of intimacy between the two? I detect a very cold heart.

I mean.. it would occur to one, generally speaking that the authorities in attendance, police, firebrigade, etc, would want to talk to the owner of the balcony from whence this highly inconvenient body , now deceased and taking up footpath space , flew to ground from.. the starting point of the now deceased, so to speak. They may be just curious, or .. you know. .. may need that information, not to use in the revival of the now deceased but, .. well. to tie up loose ends, and most of all, to make sure there are no more people, lolling around on this balcony who might take it upon themselves to hurl earthwards...

a tidying up thing, really.

[h=1]Gable Tostee trial: After Tinder date died, Tostee ate pizza, phoned lawyer[/h]October 12 2016 - 6:46PM

The 30-year-old did not call triple-zero, but instead paced around the Gold Coast entertainment precinct for an hour and bought pizza from a Cavill Ave shop, the jury saw
.

Phone records tendered in court show the first call Tostee made that morning was to criminal law firm Potts Lawyers at 2.21am, about a minute after the 26-year-old New Zealander had fallen.

Pity it's not compulsory for defendants to take the stand, would love to see the 🤬🤬🤬 questioned as to his future plans for Warriena locked outside on the fourteenth floor balcony without her phone.
She was his prisoner, he had total control over her.

Tostee: "You look delicious. I want to do dirty things to you."

Ms Wright:
"That usually work?"

Tostee:
"Haha, not trying to make anything 'work', im just saying. Got a problem with that? :P"

Ms Wright: "Lol fair enough. I was just asking :P"

Tostee: "So you're down with that then? Can you be a freak in the sheets Cletes (Ms Wright's Tinder alias)?"

Ms Wright: "Lol probably not. Depends"

Tostee: "What does it depend on?"

Ms Wright: "What ive had to drink! Lol."

Tostee: "Lets get drunk together, I'm a pornstar after a few drinks!"

There is an oxymoron in there somewhere.

maybe Gabe hoped that no one would twig that she fell from his balcony.... . . he seems the sort of guy who lives a lot in the world of wishful thinking..... .. while he is merrily recording people and not telling them, CCTV is merrily recording him walking round, meeting up with the 'recently deceased', and not telling him he is being recorded, where he takes the deceased up to his apartment and comes out without her, , in fact, she never comes out the front door, . as the CCTV secretly recording Gabe and his front door clearly show.

Perhaps he just forgot that secretly recording people isn't a new thing.. its being done all the time, all over the world, on every street, and particularly, in High Definition, on the streets of the Gold Coast and with blanket coverage, on the streets of Surfers Paradise..

Gosh he must have had the lawyers number on speed dial or know it off by heart, one minute later unbelievable, he had everything under control.

I would love to get some perspective from those who believe Tostee was not responsible for Warriena's death in any way so just throwing this out there in case one of those people would like to respond.

Do you think Tostee acted appropriately? From a human perspective, not a legal perspective. Can you see any fault in his choices outside the legal framework? Pre and post Warriena's death.

BBM. IMO, that's exactly what Tostee was thinking and hoping. Fell on his arse with that one!

Well, when you are in a legal quagmire involving the obvious death of someone you had in your Unit in those circumstances, who you gonna call? Ghostbusters?

I have definitely thought that, too.
He just wasn't thinking about the no .. no .. no .. no .. no .. I just want to go home ... that Warriena was screaming out for all the neighbours to wake up to/hear in the still of the late night.

An ambulance!

He phoned Warriena's mobile phone from his dad's car. If he knew she was deceased at the time, why would he phone? Who does that?

Who would you call first if someone fell off your balcony? Lawyer or emergency services?
