No, she wasn't, and I am loathe to explain why because it seems that if there is anything posted which is even slightly adverse to the character of a deceased in a murder trial, the wrath of the Gods descends. An accused male on Trial for murder can be freely pilloried, but the female deceased may not. I am filtering what I say believing that to be how things are here.

there seems to be a persistant, plodding mission to denigrate Warriena in the mistaken apprehension that somehow that will see Gabe's value improve ...... that his innocence can only exist if it is firmly planted in the mire of the victims personality, or looks, or race, or height, or whatever, and even all of those qualifiers..

Gabe's innocence has to stand alone, without recourse to denigration of the victim.. If that is impossible, then this thread may not be the best forum , in that case..

No, please elaborate. I'm interested in hearing how she is unusual? And based on what? She was severely intoxicated from the illegally distilled vodka he was feeding her. Possibly suffering alcohol poisoning. She was a threat to herself in her state and he had a duty of care.

I have not seen any references in the media to suggest she had any kind of sordid past. Him, however! His antics have been plastered all over the internet in his bragadocias manner. He was a predator. He went looking for women to invite home and record. He posted it all himself.

the contest in this trial is not between Warriena and Gabe Tostee, it is between the Crown ( that's you and me, peoples) and Gabe Tostee... R ( Regina) Versus Gabe Tostee.....

it has nothing to do with the humanity and character of Warriena... Warriena is dead.

What were you thinking we needed to know about what Warriena did on Tinder, Facebook, or medically/mentally (as you stated in your previous post) and how would this relate to the case or her death? I would suggest as someone who constantly seeks attention and validation that there would be a part of him (particularly if he has any kind of narcissistic pathology) that would be enjoying the limelight/notoriety. That's purely JMO

who invited you? I didn't . This site isn't about the mission to promote Tostee. , It isn't about the mission to complain about the terrible things women do by not obeying men instantly, thereby getting fine young men into trouble with the law. It isn't about the constant repetition that is posted of complaints about moderators.

It is about the law, and criminology and forensics and evidence and trials, and all that has been absent from everyone of your posts.
