what don't we SEE on the recording?>. we don't SEE what he did that made her jump the railing.. it had to be something so menacing that jumping the railing was actually a choice.. ...
Or maybe, as the audio confirms, she was just REALLY drunk and not thinking straight?
It's a pity that she was so drunk, causing her to not be thinking straight......Did he actually put her over the railing or was it her choice to do so?.......She probably lost her balance & couldn't hang onto the balcony railing any longer, causing her to fall to her death...... She would have been scared out of her mind.
All she needed to do was to scream out "HELP" to the neighbours UNTIL SHE WAS HEARD BY THEM...... Neighbours would have called the police to come to her rescue, arrested him, taken him to the watchouse & laid assault charges, but as we know he went out for pizza & was not in his apartment when she actually fell.......So sad.
I have been in a similar situation, but I had not been drinking when my partner who was drunk & violent (as I was a victim of domestic violence in the relationship at the time).....I was in a highrise apartment only on the 3rd level.....I raced out onto the balcony, screamed for help...... A neighbour from another unit balcony heard my cries for help & called the police...... Police were on their way.......I remained on the balcony until the police arrived......They arrested him & took him away to be charged......They issued him with an AVO & I moved away the following day never to return again......There is help out there if you scream out for help.
Such a pity that "W" didn't have the same opportunity as me to escape from such a shocking tragedy......My heart goes out to her family....MOO.
