I am assuming this jury is local and so would be spending the weekend at home.Do we know if they would be together in a motel, or at home individually?

Because it may have opened a door to that discussion perhaps?I think it is telling that the defense did not have any expert witnesses suggesting that Rrie's obstructed breathing was anything other than Gabe trying cause her harm.
Why was the telescope in two pieces .... I wonder?
imo
Imo. I wouldn't blame a father or mother for killing this guy.
Now I may respect court justice.
But sometimes personal justice works as well. Jmo.
Because if the last picture or audio of your daughter is naked and scared.
Then the jury should just stay home. Jmo.
What would the likelihood of a verdict tomorrow be I wonder? Also is the recording in full what the Jury will be listening too? There seems so much missing that they weren't shown...If he gets off can the Crown retrial him with all the evidence?
"The reality is, she then tries something. She picks up the metal clamp and hits him.
"She is clearly on the table holding that object. It's clearly the object being referred to when he's saying 'let go, let go, let go'."
"He was hit, probably in the head, with a telescope clamp.
"Those are absolutely critical points. Tostee was plainly acting in self-defence, if hit in the head, or even if an attempt to hit in the head, with a heavy metal object.
"When it drops, that's when she gets hysterical, all of the, 'no, no, no, no' and the screaming happens from that point onwards.
"She hits him in the head and at that point he puts her outside."

The defense is saying she was clearly on the table, whilst grasping for breath.
The coffee or the dining table?
How did the bracket end up over in the middle of the room. If she dropped it from a table?
Why are the rocks the only thing disturbed on the coffee table?
imo
Either she hit him with the bracket or she didn't. And a few rock pelts. And called him a f*****. The reaction was entirely disproportionate.
The faster the jury returns then the greater likelihood of murder, or manslaughter. I am not sure what version of the recording is being used in court. Remember it was doctored by Tostee before the police found it, so who knows what is missing from the 'original'. Could be the police found the whole original or even the deleted bits and put it back together. JMO
