Judge: The pros accepts you must find Tostee not guilty if he used reasonable force to put Wright on balcony #Tostee

The Crown accepts this? what?!!!

THIS.

I hope they take into account that her "state of mind" was UTTERLY TERRIFIED when she climbed down.. IMO that's what really matters.
Yeah theres no doubt she did it due to the fright he gave her she was completely freaked out , the yelling of no no , etc was most likely from being lifted toward edge of balcony . Its pretty "straight forward" in my imagination , the desperation in her tone is obvious . I wish the witnesses could tell more about what her hands would have been attached to

I can't understand if the Jury is not allowed to take any actions after Rrie died into account - why was any of that CCTV allowed to be shown?

Just ridiculous IMO

Orly Hooly Dooly? I have serious doubts that the GT I saw in 2014 would prefer daggy glasses over contact lenses if this be the case. IMO GT is deeply insecure and has no defined personality. He play acts his way through life. His physical appearance and dress is simply another example of this to add to the list of his guises. If he gets off, in the next 6 months he will be back on Tinder, tanned, a little lighter in weight but hardly cut, with his hair slicked back with product, and sans said glasses.

All he knew at that time was that she was no longer visible on his balcony.

Unfortunately when you are 14 storeys up there isn't many places you can go. He KNEW what happened! Anyone would know what happened!

There is nothing unusual about that. If the Crown has failed to prove that putting her on the balcony was unreasonable force given she had unlawfully assaulted him twice, once with a rock and then with a metal object, then they must acquit. I agree with a comment already made that it is curious the Judge allowed the Jury to see and hear the post fall conduct, and then tells them they must, other than as to context, totally ignore it. There is another side to the question about what that object which he had in his hand was. It is just as plausible that the Police did locate it and it was found to be completely irrelevant and innocuous.

So why'd he call his lawyer? Sneak out the back door? What bs

And the way he 'peaked' around the corner before walking out!

Was it ever explained why he dud not put her out the front door? Perhaps he liked her but didnt want her to go altogether. Or what? Wish he had.

I do not know the time line, and I wonder if the Jury has been presented with relevant evidence to clarify that?

How do you not know the time line? I'm pretty sure I've read it at least 547 times in this forum alone!

Yes, he couldn't have looked any more guilty if he'd tried.

"Self defence" etc... I hope the jury is clear on the FACT that W did NOT "try" to "swing" that alleged object at Tostee until well and truly AFTER he "tackled her" to that floor and was assaulting her.

I hope they eyeball those little tiny rocks, and Tostee's tiny red marks that could have happened during sex, or the rough play during which he "hurt" W's vagina and laughed and did not sound distressed.

I hope they take into account HOW W ended up so excessively drunk that she was talking nonsense and seemed 'unstable'. .

I hope they ponder the FACT that W at least twice said she was leaving, and both times complained about items missing, and both times Tostee lulled her into staying.

I hope they take note that W wanted to call the police on her date and said so, just prior to her death.

I hope they put together the timing of her pitiful screams of "NO" with the timing of that door opening and closing. I hope they listened very very carefully.

I can't think too hard about her poor Mum and sis, sitting there, looking at T's fat smug head right now. I just cannot.
