I agree, that could be a possible scenario.So would it be correct to assume that one possible scenario is that there are some on the jury who are satisfied Tostee physically assaulted Warriena, but there are others who don't believe he did. So if there is disagreeance on physical assault but agreeance on accepting the verbal statements of Tostee to be assault (if the judge so allows it), then they could agree with the prosecution and return a guilty verdict?
I hope he goes on to clarify that threats can be considered assault, however. I don't like these snippets. They are so misleading at times, which we realise once we read full length articles later that day.
