ADMIN NOTE:

We have some members starting idiotic rumors, disparaging specific Websleuths members and staff, and generally causing absolutely ridiculous drama outside of Websleuths. Members found to be doing so will be permanently banned from Websleuths.

To set the record straight:

We have no knowledge of whether case players, POIs or otherwise, are posting or reading here. This happens in other threads at times where new members start accusing other posters of being POIs or suspects.

And NO, WS Mods and Admins are not in collusion with members or case players or LE to somehow control information, other than information that is not permitted under Websleuths well established Terms of Service. If a post has been removed, it is not because WS staff are somehow trying to control the narrative, or are in cahoots with anyone; it is because it has violated TOS in some respect or, in the discretion and judgment of our staff member, it is somehow inappropriate. But please know that WS staff do NOT operate in isolation. Every single post that is removed is able to be seen by other Mods and/or reviewed by Admin and Tricia at any time.

So if someone thinks a WS staff member is colluding with a member or a POI, then the whole darn team must be part of this conspiracy right on up to the owner of Websleuths  Any suggestion or accusation of such a collaboration is absolute nonsense.

Do not discuss or respond to this post on thread or your post will be removed and a 1 month Time Out issued.

My biological parents were killed in a car crash when I was one year old. My three year old sister and I were adopted and sent to Australia. I recall nothing but my sister very vaguely remembers the plane flight and a lot of fuss. It seems to me that LT may well have recollection of what happened whe WT disappeared.

Am very sorry agrid, life is very unfair sometimes.
I hope you have had a wonderful life in australia.:)

It does seem highly suspicious to me the timing of the AVO, LT's removal from the fosters and the assault charges...and the repo of the grandmothers car...and the sudden urgency to get to Kendall.

After 13 days of searching for William Tyrrell, authorities have uncovered more questions

Plenty of items uncovered from the site have been taken for forensic examination in Newcastle and Sydney, but sources close to the investigation say it's unlikely they are linked to the missing boy.

They found nothing.

The next day, they went into a dam that runs between two farms, about 100 metres from the main dig site.

Its water was deeper and murkier than normal because of recent downpours.

"It's pretty warm. We can't see anything, but we use our hands to claw through the mud at the bottom," one diver said.

"We haven't found anything yet," one diver said.

If William Tyrrell's remains are found, senior detectives are confident it will happen at this search site.

This image of the FM's legs from the Daily Mail taken after the AVO and assault charge against LT shows clear bruising on the left ankle area.
I can't for the life of me work out how someone would get an injury in this area. Any ideas?
she must have fell off a horse too:eek:

2) Nothing like the Chamberlain case IMO, most of the critics of her were her demeanor at court, after she had been charged. Smiling and waving like a celebrity IMO.

not the way I recall it JW, but imo we’re not here to discuss Lindy, particularly as she was exonerated

Sprain might turn dark like a bruise?

Not at the front like that, I don't think.

The only thing I can think of is that her foot was slammed in a door (either car or bedroom). IMO

It's a very unusual place for such a bad bruise.

And this new theory being investigated came from new evidence/information received or uncovered in the investigation? Such a specific theory IMO

Why now and why this area after so many years?
Very few members of the force's top brass can answer this — they fear doing so could compromise any chance of a breakthrough.

The theory being explored is that William Tyrrell died after falling from the balcony of the home on September 12, 2014.

Police believe his foster grandmother's car — which is undergoing forensic examination — could have been used to dispose of his body off Batar Creek Road and Cobb and Co Road.

After 13 days of searching for William Tyrrell, authorities have uncovered more questions

re the FGM’s car - I posed question earlier as to when the car may have been removed from 48 Benaroon Dr. ( I understand it now belongs to her Granddaughter)

Does anyone know if FGM was still able to drive when she sold up & left 48 Benaroon ?

Does anyone know where she went to live then ?
Was it with Family, was it to a smaller house, did she move into retirement village or nursing home ?

Am just wondering if FGM’s car may have been ‘out of sight, out of mind’ very early in the situation.

Yes, a sprain can turn dark. I'm not sure it's a bruise. Could be poor lighting? Her other foot is darkish in that area, too.

How could it be taken after the AVo/assault, all the media is reporting that the FFC and the MFC did not appear at court?

Don't know about physically (or willingly), but legally she could as long as she passed the medical review:

Older drivers - Licence - Roads - Roads and Waterways – Transport for NSW

I think that living by herself out where she did, not being able to drive would be a real nuisance.

My doofus German Shepherd puppy ran into me from behind as I was going up the stairs, and I fell forward, hitting my ankle on the top of the step. It had a bruise like that and hurt like heck.....I wasn't mad, she was too cute and just too enthusiastic sometimes...

I simply rolled my ankle recently, the bruising dissapeared before the swelling, I can't see any swelling here.

I hope they find William?
