Over the years, there has been some websleuth speculation that something might have happened to William on the Friday night drive up to Kendall, after he was captured on CCTV footage at the McDonalds restaurant, and that the Spiderman photo of William on the Saturday morning at Kendall was falsely created and then provided to Police.

BBM - Just to clarify - The Drive up was Thursday night and the photo was Friday morning. William disappeared on Friday 12th September, 2014.

But would she be wearing the same shirt the next morning, after traveling in it all of the previous day? I'd think she was the type to change into a clean shirt in the morning. JMO

It's possible, just like it's possible that William wore the spiderman costume to sleep. We just don't know what the truth is.

Possibly, but she knew the washing machine wasn't working before she arrived. So I am sure she brought clean clothing to change into.

I think that is a long shot, that this material would match. But who knows?
Have you got a link for that?
This is news to me. In the FM statements she said that she discovered the washing machine wasn't working on the night she arrived after her arrival. Can you please clarify?

And that the FFC and MFC lawyers were pushing for details of this case to be suppressed.

I am not surprised to read that. In fact, given that it allegedly involves a child, I would have expected suppression to be almost automatic.

The reason I came to leave the tennis club (was) that Wendy Hudson, who I knew was a police officer, received a telephone call on her mobile telephone,' Mr Donoghue said in the statement.

So Donoghue states he left because of the phone call Hudson received…that indicates that call had some sort of impact on his mood or motivation to continue playing tennis, yet he didn’t think it important to include in his initial statement.

I don’t think this is as newsworthy or even noteworthy as Candace Sutton and Allana Smith seem to believe. Is it possible that the Daily Mail felt they had to publish something/anything to coincide with the court case RE FC’s alleged child abuse?

I believe it's integral to the reported / referred to timeline LE have relied upon.

The phone records of the said Police Officer and evidence confirming she was advised during this phone call of William's status as missing may show timeline inconsistencies.

Displaying more frantic, demanding behaviours would be expected the longer the time since a child has been realised as missing, rather than a "I'm baffled, where is he/she?" IMHO.

I feel pretty sure that the police have worked out their accurate timeline. Because we don't know the answers does not mean they are not included in the police brief.

The article in the DM says words to the effect of "there may be a good reason but we need to know the reason" for the discrepancies in Richard Donoghue's statements.

Except, we don't need to know the reason. It is an open investigation and the Coroner has the full police brief. A police brief that likely holds the answers to the details that the Coroner is not pursuing.

imo

Speaking of inconsistencies with the timeline that morning, Superintendent Fehon said that the MFC was called on a mobile phone prior to arriving home.

"..within one to five minutes the adults noticed that William was missing. They looked around the house. They couldn't find him. They became frantic. William's father was called on a mobile phone. He raced home to help."

Another casualty post (too late to edit) with me getting my days of the week wrong.

The drive from Sydney to Kendall was on the Thursday (not Friday), and the Spiderman photos of William was claimed to be on Friday morning, the morning he was reported/claimed to have gone missing (not Saturday).

Senior Constable Wendy Hudson had been on her rostered day off at the Kendall Tennis Club when she heard about the missing boy and joined the search with her two teenage sons.
Inside the divided inquest into the three-year-old’s disappearance

Can the Dr. give us any information about WH's evidence at the inquest? Did she 1st hear about a child missing when she was at the tennis club that morning? If so, it seems, RD is a witness to WH receiving that information and that she received it well before anyone else had heard of WT going missing and very close to his last photo... that definitely needs to be clarified.

Yes, she says in one of her interviews/walkthroughs that she called BS to ask when it would be fixed but, IIRC, he didn't pick up the call. When FM complained about it her mother replied along the lines of: "That's the way it is up here. When it comes, it comes."

Yes, that was on the morning that WT went missing. Not prior to their arrival at FGM's. It was 9:03am on September 12, 2014.

As FFC has said....“He didn’t want to wear a singlet, so the compromise was he’d wear a Spider-Man T-shirt underneath his Spider-Man clothes,’’ she said.

Part of the T-shirt can be seen in the picture. While it can't be viewed in its entirety, it is possible that a significant part of it is plain red with a spider patterned on the front.
Similar to this style (but different in colour....having been purchased in Bali)
Maybe it was part of the T-shirt that has been found by LE.

If his outer Spider-Man top was turned inside out it could all just be plain red.

So at the time WT disappeared, the people on Benaroon Dr/Ellendale were: The Crabbs, H and PS, Nocturnal neighbour, AMS, MD, LH+1-2 children, lawnmower man, woman with 10 grandchildren(grandchildren not present) and spouse, RD and spouse, Ex-SES? & spouse?, FFC, FGM and FD. Approxiamately 19 people and no one saw anything sus. Does anyone know of anymore people on that estate around the time of WT's disappearance?

I thought she left at 9 or 9.30 am and stated her husband wasn't there either.

That’s my point though, there isn’t any evidence other than the guy claiming it to be so, some time later. It’s on par with Ronald Chapman’s claim of seeing a child in a Spidey suit standing up in the back of a car.

Call me naïve, but I would trust that the Coroner has been privy to this info and addressed it, just maybe not with individuals who are not considered relevant parties i.e. the writer of that article, the advocate quoted therein and the general public. Unless there’s some sort of ‘cover up’ that reaches beyond the FC’s and FACS, encompassing Police and the Coroner herself. Which I find highly unlikely as the Coroner conducted the inquest for Braxton Slager and was very much critical of FACS decisions RE Fostering circumstances in that case.

Inquest into the death of Braxton Slager

The black Web could have just been printed on meaning it would have washed away over time.
