SA, for many of us it has been so very hard to imagine and, for many, didn't ever cross our minds that FFC or MFC would have been involved in William's disappearance for many years. It has been the naming of FFC as a POI that has prompted looking more closely at the events of 'that morning' to see if 'all might have not been as it seemed'.

In looking and theorizing, part of that is accepting that maybe we have been duped.

It has crossed all of our minds. imo
The first people who are looked at are those who are in the inner circle.

Many of us have been here for years, reviewing cases involving the most horrible outcomes. We are not ignorant. imo
There just happens to be a very tight timeline for these unusual theories to fit. And then for William not to be found in the searches.

As stated by Jubes "I can’t let myself feel anything for them, however. Instead, I watch them, thinking: You were both with William that morning. That makes you my first suspects."

And that story about William in the shopping centre disturbs me. He was being silly and disobedient--like he was at FGM's--and he wandered 'a few metres'. There were a lot of people between them, but FFC could see him and he couldn't see her (how does that work? Was he short-sighted?) So she thought she'd just wait and 'see what he does'. Let the naughty child get terrified, that will be interesting to watch. She sounds almost satisfied and amused describing his panic.

Thanks so much … I would never have thought to listen in there for that information ..….

Do you think that FM may have mixed up her story there??? With what she said to FF when he arrived home???

There seem to be so many versions of the story…. Interestingly that version doesn’t mention the drive either???
2 things in the early stages of this interview I would like to comment on:

At the 30 second mark Chris Smith says:

"and we've heard of loose allegations about a group of paedophiles operating in the region who may have planned the abduction, somehow".

I agree with Chris that these allegations are loose without a snippet of evidence of a paedophile groups involvement and this has been added to suit the abduction narrative IMO.

Most importantly though, at the 2 minute 28 second mark Chris Smith asks the FFC the most important question that we all would like answered:

Question: "AND WHAT WAS THE TIME BETWEEN WHEN YOU LAST SAW HIM AND WHEN YOU REALISED HE WAS MISSING"

Answer???...........

Well.... there is NO ANSWER from FFC!!! At all.

FFC totally avoids answering this question.

This is very telling and her response is undeniably suspicious

I encourage EVERYONE to listen to the question and judge her response to this question.

FFC is EVASIVE with her answer and makes no attempt to answer Chris's very simple question.

He then answers the question for her because she did not answer it!! So strange.

I am interested in what your thoughts are about this answer from FFC?

Just a reminder of what has been alleged:

William Tyrrell car seized by cops was 'driven by foster mother'
“The foster mother allegedly made the drive in her mother's car before her husband had returned to the house to join the search for William.

The foster father was away from the house having an online business meeting when William vanished. “

JMO – If it was part of a plan for FFC to take that drive, then she could have had already retrieved the keys to the Mazda (from the kitchen bench) earlier that morning, and that is why FFGM wasn’t aware of that happening ….. especially when considering she was sitting immediately outside of her kitchen bench (unless FFC quietly sneaked there to retrieve them).
I leave my keys in my vehicle when it’s in the garage. Fgma may have done the same imo

That struck me hard too. I even wondered if something had been cut out because FFC's response was so blatantly not an answer to the question. Perhaps she'd prepared what she wanted to say and stuck to her own agenda like a politician. Then, as you say, the interviewer answered the question--in a questioning way--and she didn't comment, took up the point about 50 metres and then diverted to the incident in the shopping centre months before.

What I don’t understand is when the mfc texted ffc and said he’d be home in 5 minutes, why would ffc take off to drive around looking for William ? Why not wait for mfc to get home first? It was only going to be 5 minutes. Then there’s the question if mfc was going m to be home in 5 minutes, how did ffc take her drive and return within those 5 minutes?

From the Chris Smith recording.

Could she be answering from a sheet of agreed Questions - Her answer seems to be as if she is answering a different question.

Maybe original question -If you thought he might be hiding - where did you look for him first - Her answer behind a clump of grass. MOO

So the Chris Smith interview was 18th September 2015 - This timeline where FFC has a quick look for W around the house then comes back and says to her mother if W is he here.

I think this was the original story line - idea - of gone in 5 minutes.

He jumped off back patio, silence, she went looking, couldn't see him - is he possibly hiding - quick check and then go back to patio just incase he zipped around the perimeter and is back where she last saw him.

I think she can successfully walk us through this scenario because I am sure W did this at some point on the day or on previous occassions. This ability to talk through the conversation one has about all the possibilities of where W could be - is something she probably has experienced first hand before with him - so could easily rattle off this plausible scenario.

But...

It doesn't tie in with other subsequent sequence of events - she has reiterated years later. Later the stories became embellished with "not seeing the red" etc. Which points to more than 5 minutes. Which didn't include her coming back to the back patio where her mother is for a much longer period of time. MOO

Again, I have problems with the fosters' version of events, particularly the FM's, but I cannot see either of them withstanding intense and thorough grillings by police over a period of time if they had disposed of William's body.

Experienced homicide detectives know how to demolish alibis and drive wedges into cracks between versions of events.

The only question, I have: Why didn't FGM hear her own car leaving the property, when she was sitting outside?? Or did she hear it and wondered quietly to herself, without mentioning it to police?

I agree, she doesn’t appear to be of a sensitive nature, she liked to prove a point to herself he was this way or that, unfortunately, small children are unpredictable no matter what we think, and carrying out stupid experiments to ease her mind, well, is just stupid, imo. WT was frightened and she‘s smugly confident he wouldn’t wander. *roll eyes*
The TikTok and YouTube generation of people who upload videos of their kids or animals looking terrified or jumping with fright is all the craze, ugh! Who’d want to relive such a moment, have it immortalised for all time?!

MFC said, little W never would wander off, never ever. So he didn't know this "incident", it seems. FFC and MFC seem to have known a different child each, probably because their bond with little W was just as different?

I also don’t believe the FM has passed WT onto someone else, this theory has me very confused as it keeps cropping up without much substance to it. I’d be interested how it first began.
I don’t understand this either Prime…..
How would a person even start a conversation to arrange “passing on” of a child .??? isn’t that like dark web material and child trafficking???

And IF a person was going to do that wouldn’t you wait a few days before reporting a child missing, but say it just happened??? And we know William was at MacDonalds the night before….

I just can’t imagine this scenario happening ….. “oh just meet me at 10:15 on Batar Creek Road, in the open, on the side of the road, and I will give you a little boy”….

I just can’t buy that happening ….not in this case…. But JMO

My version of that scenario is, that someone formerly had access to William but no longer did. The person became acquainted with FFC or with the couple, and an arrangement was made to bypass FACS approval. Not to permanently hand William over, but to allow access from time to time. This time something didn't go as planned--there might have been a middle man--and everybody blames the other side.

After saying all that, I don’t find this back and forth brief conversation, suspicious, I also don’t believe the FM has passed WT onto someone else, this theory has me very confused as it keeps cropping up without much substance to it. I’d be interested how it first began.
Regardless of what is said, I for my part can hardly imagine the other theory, which is that little W "accidentally" died and was disposed of within minutes, inclusive all the sophisticated lies surrounding this process.

Wouldn’t they have just reported an abduction and had an amber alert issued ASAP if this were the case…. ??? Instead of the path that has ensued??

Nothing seems to make any sense in this case From Germany…. I guess the when the truth prevails it will all make sense… whatever that may be ???

This is a very good question, but I guess we don’t know everything that was discussed that week with Police….nor do we know how long FGM was at the motel with the other daughter??? Was that walkthrough interview the first time she had returned to the house, since leaving??
