IMO it's a bit like BS being charged by SFR for historical charges, no it's not related, but maybe the Police think that if they put the pressure on they might just get answers. All MOO.

Just throwing this out there:
Do we know for certain that the foster father was parked for the duration of his work call? Might he have been driving for a portion of it if, say, he was running behind schedule?
The deleted texts, perhaps those texts were exchanged that morning, between the foster parents. (Maybe she deleted hers while parked where the driver saw her and he deleted his while in the bathroom.)
The foster grandmother seemed to think the foster father already knew Wm was missing when he arrived, and deleted texts might explain that. I don't think he's responsible for Wm's disappearance, full stop. Maybe he lied about what he knew and when he knew it.
I think that the mystery car/s heard by neighbors were most logically the foster family cars (in particular the foster grandma's car, driven by the foster mother). Perhaps she returned from her drive, but before turning in, headed back out. Perhaps realizing she had something else to discard. In other words, she could've driven straight to the foster grandma's drive, paused, made the U-turn and headed back out to get rid of, say, Wm's shoes, and it was this leg of her journey where the other driver encountered her. (And that could mean that the first leg of that journey could've been in a different direction altogether. One where no one saw her, or came forward with information about.)

What if RP took FA, a woman and a little boy to a location 300km away? RP didn't want to uncover the woman for some reasons, and FA didn't have to uncover RP, when he complained about the money, the woman didn't pay.Where did FA go with the little boy? What little boy was it? Whose car did he take? Did he take a woman and a little boy, or did he take RP and a little boy?
Makes senseIf the residents of Benaroon Drive noticed strange cars because they were so infrequent, then it's possible seeing FGM's car (driven by FM) wouldn't necessarily register with them, as it's presumably a car they would see regularly.
His cell phone pings it was close to home at that time , doesn’t it?No, but if he was in Lakewood from shortly after 9 until 10:19, how was he operating a car in Benaroon Drive between 9:40 and 10:15?
Ok so why do you think FA was at Benaroon Dr that morning nightrider17? Surely police have investigated this theory thoroughly, asking neighbours if they knew FA or had expected him to come to their home that morning.
Another theory on here is that he may have gone to fgm house in place of GO who he sometimes worked with. Surely GO was grilled by police and at the inquest if this assumption had any truth to it.

FA definetly is a significant POI.
Everyone who has dealings with him have found him to be unsavoury. JMO
Yes Nightrider that’s the question we would all love to know the answer to. Sorry for my rant on your previous post. Clearly I didn’t read it properly and went off on a tangent. But in response to that post I also agree with your statement about his unsavoury characterChrissy74 that explanation really puts into question if that car heard by the Crabbs could pull off the abduction in the time and fit in with what they heard.
You have illuminated that while this car may have had opportunity - was it actually possible considering they said it moved on - quickly.
I guess the context of what time this was may have some relevance. Was it the FFC returning with the FFGM car after her car ride. JMO
Mr Crabb said he heard the car 10mins after getting home ( got home 09:30-09:35 ) so 09:40 -09:45
Mrs Crabb said 40 mins after getting home so 10:10 - 10:15
Could this be the FFGM car leaving and returning. Leaving at 9.45 returning 10.10. JMO

I wish I knew. The thing is, he was close to home in Lakewood, though it's a ten minute drive. I have an idea that a call from Benaroon Drive would register as connecting to a tower in Middle Brother, and looking at the map, I think Lakewood might do the same. His cell phone pings it was close to home at that time , doesn’t it?

Doesn't really fit with the time of the last photo thou ( which I believe is correct IMO ) taken @ 09:37Yes! This!
I think it's very possible. I think too that the foster mother was driving aggressively... which may have given a different sound to it. I wonder how often the foster grandma drove, her habits of late. Entirely possible the foster mother didn't leave just once....

I don't read that as saying there's only one tower that connects with Kendall. This is from CO ....
""There was a mobile phone tower, which would have told police who was in town - because it's a really small town - but it was capturing data from the freeway that was nearby, so it's nearly impossible to download everything."
‘Something evil’ happened to William Tyrrell (around the 3:50 min mark in the video in the article)
Also (IMO) being a single tower, they would have been unable to triangulate the pings, to tell more precisely where each phone was. They would likely have relied on additional CCTV to follow FD's (or anyone's) movements.
From Jubes book ..... "31 July 2018 .... we've interviewed 263 local residents, collected CCTV from 12 businesses in Kendall and 169 cameras beyond it and received reports of over 2,000 different sightings of William from around the planet".
I Catch Killers, Kindle version, page 311, chapter Is Everyone Happy?
.
But what would be the point of complaining to Iris Northam's husband? He wasn't a policeman. Apparently FA didn't identify the woman, so what benefit to RP or even himself could he expect to reap from the complaint? What if RP took FA, a woman and a little boy to a location 300km away? RP didn't want to uncover the woman for some reasons, and FA didn't have to uncover RP, when he complained about the money, the woman didn't pay.
I don't read that as saying there's only one tower that connects with Kendall.
I don't how to search for 2014, but there are a number of towers now that cover the area.
Limiting myself to the nearest Telstra towers (IMO the foster parents used Telstra phones) the nearest towers to Benaroon Drive, in order, are these:
12 Comboyne Street Kendall (Kendall shops, near the post office)--small cell only
Lot 39 Grey Gum Ridge Road Middle Brother
12 Hoschke Road West Haven (WH is between Lakewood and Laurieton)
And the nearest Telstra towers to the Lakewood shops are:
12 Hoschke Road West Haven
2 The Boulevarde Dunbogan
12 Comboyne St Kendall--small cell as noted above
Jolly Nose Hill Camp Ridge Rd Queens Lake State Forest Jolly Nose
Lot 39 Grey Gum Ridge Road Middle Brother
Radio Frequency National Site Archive (The P icon on the left side means proposed--so I haven't included those locations.)
FA did not kidnap and kill any of them though.Abbott is currently in prison for sex offences against three boys, as per this March 2020 article by CO.
William Tyrrell inquest: ‘I didn’t want Frank Abbott near my kids’
