Do we know that he didn't report it?

No we don't, but if he did, you'd have thought he would have said so in his video production.

Thinking of the video, what was that Shakespearian line about .. ' methinks he doth protest too much..... ?

The only thing he addressed was that he had only been to that house on those 2 dates.

That was not the only thing he addressed.
He also addresses in the video that those that came out in the media to support him ....his son his mate and maybe a niece from memory.
May be telling fibs or are hard of hearing.
He said "He didn't make any indication of any nature that would lead any person to believe that I was supposed to attend the Tyrrell house on the 12 Sept.

Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh! *slaps self around the head*

Note to Self: Do not, I repeat; do not, check this thread when you wake up in the middle of the night.

Anyway, now that I'm here:

I, for one, am extremely grateful that DI Jubelin has Sarah Yule, a forensic profiler, on this case.

My greatest fear is that William was taken by someone who is of high intelligence and (hopefully only they) think they can't be caught. If so, this is a real 'cat and mouse' game and investigators are going to be stretched to their limits. It also means other children are (or already have been) in incredible danger until this person is caught, as William may only be 'the start'.

Additional Note to Self: Stop, I repeat; stop, eating cheese before bedtime; you know it gives you nightmares.

That is all *trundles off to make a cuppa and check the fridge for leftover cheese*

Ahh Bohemian you made me giggle....its amazing how our emotions change according to the hour....I find myself cranky, petty and wanting to disagree with everyone (even if I agree) in the middle of the night. lol. xxxx

FromGermany, are you able to post live links please? This occurred in Adelaide, South Australia and I really don't think it has anything to do with William's case.

Sorry! I deleted my whole post when I realized that I had made a BIG mistake. :blushing: But I was not fast enough.

I would like to read a psychological voice analysis re his character ... those dumplings in throat ... not pleasant to me.

One does start to wonder if they are still friends after all that has occurred? I am thinking that BS could have terminated the friendship because Colin blabbed and didnt help his case....or equally possible.....Col has terminated the friendship for...oh so many reasons. I dont know if they are or are not but it does seem a bit quiet on the MS/CY side of things to me.

Anxious to see if MS and Col will be supporting BS at the courthouse next week.

I just thought I'd break the tension with some silly midnight humour. My cranky, petty and contrary moments are between waking up in the morning proper and my first cuppa. Everyone in my family knows not to 'poke the bear' during this time or they risk having their heads bitten off.

Hi all have had a few thoughts about the cars parked on Benaroon Drive.

Sometimes homes on large acres have a caravan or shed they may have a family member or friend living in it or rent it out. Visitors may not park in driveway or on property especially if they are not suppose to be there.

Another thought I have been having is those cars may have been visiting someone nearby they are not suppose to associate with. Earlier in the thread someone was saying No 35 was a bit creepy sorry I cannot remember who posted it was with a couple of pics. I agree after having a look into that place.
Creepy date in its list of for sale dates 9/12/2014. Also I noticed in the sold section is says Government notified sale I don't know what that means do they own the house?

I think if there is such analysis it will came out inconclusive, with several possibilities. Same for behavior/facial reading analysis.

If there has been a falling out I'd pick Colin to have ended it, BS could not have asked for a more loyal friend and mouthpiece, I doubt he could afford to throw any friends away, OTOH poor Colin may realise he has been used and not told the truth.

I couldn't say, I don't stalk the social media pages of anyone, however, if it were me, my info and friends lists would be locked up tight after what I have witnessed here.

Govt notified sale may mean it had the sale held up by investigations.
Someone said one the houses had TV on the floor.
No furniture in a middle class area?
Selling something illicit maybe? Or furniture had already gone?
Maybe police need to ask who visitors and non lease holders were?
That Nearmaps image you put up had grey car in it parked on street with massive driveways. It appears the grey car was there more than once Hilly?

I have two different lines of thought on this, Karo
My first is...do we know there were no results from the forensics?? In the Kiesha Abrahams Wieppart case they took mattresses and carpets from the house very early on and never said a word. It was a year later when the mother and SF were arrested we found out what had happened to her and those pieces of evidence were crucial. Nothing has been said about the searches on BS's house and businesses (and Wellington property). I dont think that necessarily means nothing was found.
My other school of thought is....he tipped someone else off about the kids (I say 'kids' because I am not entirely sure WT was the target...maybe his sister, maybe both). I also think that another crime could have been the original intention and opportunity raised it's head (and again I would love to know if he has any other sort of criminal record).
RSBM

I think the difference in the Keisha case as opposed to WT's case was that it looked like a text book case from the start with the parents as the suspects. The evidence they removed would have confirmed straight away that some type of trauma may have occurred to the victim in the flat on those particular articles. They just had to wait, knowing that through other means, they could keep an eye on the other children with varying excuses until police were led to her body. In WT's case, if there were any DNA of his found in the searches of BS property they could straight away charge him with at the very least being an accessory to abduction and very likely have him in jail without bail on those charges until a trial. The reason is he poses a greater risk to society in general. He might start throwing out other people's names while he is in custody. Much more pressure and leverage could be applied to him if he was inside. Even if they don't come up with a body, the charges as they progress could become murder. It has been stated a number of times on this thread, he does not have a criminal record.IMO

In response to a previous poster, I believe the reason that BS's alibi is so complicated is that this is all he has to plead his case. The things he has claimed to do that day are:
- Call William's GM in the am
- Have 'coffee'
- Go to the school function
- Fix another machine in the 'afternoon'
- Call William's GM in the pm

I believe he is borrowing the coffee story as someone has a receipt he is using to 'prove' he was there. He is also borrowing the story of attending the school function. Without either of these NON-VERIFIABLE events the only things that are actually supported by (I assume) verifiable information are:
- Call to the GM in the am
- Dunbogan machine repair in the pm
- Call to GM in the pm

Without those two other events his day is pretty focussed on William ...

Also - if either of those events were true then why were they not considered in his video? He could have easily said he couldn't possibly have been there because he was in both of those locations. He didn't say that. He said he wasn't 'due' at the house that day. If he had a real alibi he would have used it.

I' m still not convinced there is enough for me to change my mind one way or the other, he could have said a lot of things in the youtube clip but he didn't and it is my thought that no matter what he said, some would find more reason to say he is a guilty man.
If he is, I hope the police are tapping his phones and keeping a close watch on his whereabouts, if he isn't, I sincerely hope and pray that they have another suspect and they find out what happened to William sometime soon.

Thanks crabstick that makes it even more interesting. It was gov notified in 2001 and 2015.
Do you mean the grey car parked on the footpath in front of shops in Kew.

police say bs was looked at as a poi because his alibi didnt stand up but surely they must have other evidence on him other than his alibi to publicly name him as a poi, i feel they have a lot of info on him but their priority is to find william or rescue him and they have a better chance if bs remains out of jail,
and if innocent why arent his aquaintances coming forward saying, yes he was at the awards ceremony or seen having a coffee or wherever else he was, why arent they backing him up and helping him clear his name? why is colin suddenly quiet and his family?

I don't know about a Govt notified sale meaning the sale was held up by investigation.
Just looked my house sales - all Govt notified sales....they were not held up by investigation.
I think it relates to the stamp duty having been paid. imo
