When we add this variable attribute to Williams case, it alters the possibility of the 'stars align of opportune chance' from the nigh on nil traffic of a dead end street in a fringe country town of 4000 people where neighbours are on holidays, homes are vacant, and William would not visit again.

Who would know under foster contractual agreement, that such suppression would hinder the recovery of William? I certainly didn't? Did you? Who would know that?

Someone who might target William because they know hes already behind the eight ball when it is reported?

If we think about a pedophile who has abducted little WT: this person may have a disfunctional family by himself, stems out of a disfunctional family, his spouse stems out of a disfunctional family, both have many relatives with disfunctional families inclusive many many children, own children, taken in foster care by themselves, taken by CCS out of their own family or relative's families. They have many friends with exactly the same background (people of the same kind stick together). If someone knows all about vulnerable foster children and Child Care and Law then I would think: they are the first ones. - The reason why little WT was abducted is still open for conjecture: one disfunctional family helping the other or maybe using the little pretty boy for evil machinations.

Unfortunately there is a section of the community after the baby bonus wears off, that hand the baby over to Aunty who is paid some money to look after the estranged children. Disfunctional is a good word

Unfortunately some of these children end up in insidious environments|

Taking pictures of kids and selling for big cash on the net?

Nadia Rashid found GPS trackers under her car on six separate occasions in the months before her 2-year-old daughter Insiya was kidnapped from their home in Amsterdam. On television program Pauw on Wednesday Rashid spoke openly about her relationship with Shehzad Hemani, Insiya’s father and the one believed to be behind her kidnapping

A KEY suspect in one of Australia’s most baffling missing children cases has again been excused from appearing in a Victorian court on rape charges. (BUBM)

The money he could make from defamation cases in regards to WT if he is never charged is big. MOO

I have noticed that on the above FB page, posts have ceased since the 13th of September, after the reward was announced. The time between posts from the beginning of this year up until September did not go longer than 11 days. Just noting that the momentum and energy to keep trying to keep engaging the public with a small team would be a tiring exercise. Maybe time out needed to regroup stratergy after the $1000000 game changer was announced. MOO

I wonder if referring to BS as a suspect is accurate or just mainstream media getting it wrong? If BS was indeed a suspect would LE make that publicly known?

Thanks Morissa. The article at that link is behind a paywall but I get the general drift. It is interesting that after the conclusion of the NSW 'matters' next year, Spedding could very well be in jail if he is found guilty. If that's the case, the Victorian proceedings will have to wait.

Hi everyone. I haven't visited here in quite a while. Some things haven't changed, BS in and out of court, William still missing, lots of initials that I'm not familiar with.....but the reward, wow, well that's certainly new. Interesting development at this stage. It speaks volumes, IMO - appealing to those close to the bad guys who know where William is. I feel positive now that he is alive.
Somebody is feeling drawn to those $$$$$$$$$$$$

Have all of the BS alleged victims been female so far?

William Harris Spedding was due to face court in Ballarat today to face charges including the rape of a young Victorian girl more than 30 years ago.

But he was excused, for the second time since being charged by Victorian detectives, because of bail conditions imposed by NSW authorities that ban him leaving his home state.

Victorian police have charged him with seven counts of indecent assault of a young girl in the 1980s.

The charges relate to alleged offences during April and May of 1987 when the two alleged victims were six years old and three years old.

I wonder if the Victorian proceedings will have to wait, or if they will instead try Spedding in Victoria via his lawyer and perhaps a video link ..... or transport him and accommodate him in a Victorian prison during the Victorian case (see my next post below) ... should he be found guilty and be jailed in NSW.

The Victorian magistrate seems insistent that the case will proceed in March 2017.

Magistrate Mark Stratmann adjourned the committal mention until March 30 next year, but told the lawyer this was the last time Spedding would be excused from attending court.
