This case just gets weirder and weirder for me. I knew Karen and Daryl for a brief time in the early 90's. I remember them as really lovely people. 6 degrees of separation indeed.

You're not the only one who feels that way, froggy. That's why I posted earlier that this is 'Alice Through the Looking Glass' stuff. It's an obscure reference to the sentence ''Curiouser and curiouser!' Cried Alice (she was so much surprised, that for the moment she quite forgot how to speak good English)' from Lewis Carroll's children's book 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass'. That's exactly how I've felt during the past three years — utterly astounded by the circumstances of William's 'complicated family history', his disappearance and the 'cast of characters' we've discovered as a result of the investigation.

Your connection to and experience of the Cliffords as a couple just makes this all the more 'curious.'

Talk about a spider's web. I had the feeling that the illustration behind William's picture on the poster published last September was an apt one. No wonder Strike Force Rosann is NSWPOL's largest ever investigation into a child's disappearance.

BC and KT lived with the Cliffords for a short time after Williams birth.
Sister already under the care of the minister and living with ?
Not the current foster carers, not the Cliffords it seems.

I wonder if Karlie has parents close by....?

'The only thing she did wrong was being young, with no support of her own… I feel for that young woman and I have never even met her.'

Is Brendan using his step fathers name?

He must be Soso...as this would explain why we couldn't find out anything for Brendan "Collins" in our searches.

Can William's case become any more "complex" ???

Sorry quoting myself.

William was removed at about 8 months.
I guess I am wondering if that was while they were living at the Cliffords, for that short period. Or after? In which case where were they living and who with?

There are about 10 to a dozen names I check regulary on facebook to see what I can see in regards to this case, they apparently are not all connected. Anyway, I am getting no joy from any of them. Are other sleuthers encountering the same situation?

The ignore button is our friend.

Also, has anyone else found Websleuths to be diabolical to use since the injunction was lifted?

"William Tyrrell's biological mother has stepped out in public a week after she was finally revealed as the missing boy's parent.

Karlie Tyrrell was named as the parent of the little boy lost following a landmark court ruling more than a week ago.

Friends said Ms Tyrrell is not ready to speak about William's disappearance.
'We just want him home, we are happy poor,' one said on Facebook in response to offers for TV interviews."

'We just want him home', close associates told TV news producers on Facebook. Ms Tyrrell said the response was 'nice'.

Ms Tyrrell joked she will keep mum about William 'unless Eminem raps [my] life story'.

William's [paternal] grandmother, Natalie Collins, earlier said she was in a relationship with Daryl [Clifford], from Quakers Hill in Sydney's west, in the 1980s.

But their relationship fell apart. Afterward, Daryl met his long time wife Karen, and the pair had Michael in 1995.

Ms Collins claimed the Clifford family briefly gave William and his biological parents a place to stay when he was a baby.

'William lived with Daryl and Karen and Michael for a few months when he was a baby,' she said.

'They took Karlie and Brendan in to live with them'.'

They are the Jeremy Kyle show of the press. They love all these mixed up family relationships.

My opinion for what it's worth, I think William's paternal grandmother has been interviewed by them and they are getting their information about his biological mother via FB (and photos via a pap/PI).
