This has all been dragging on for so long. I am really glad that these women are now getting their day(s) in court.

I still follow Williams case and always will although I don't feel there is much I can offer anymore, i'm just broken over this one. I can not believe he still hasn't been found, who ever knows and refuses to come forward has no soul as far i'm concerned, if they did this would have been over a long time ago.

My thoughts are what are the chances a person with connections to the biological family of a foster child who was supposed to be at the house where this child was visiting not having anything to do with his abduction.

It's a sure thing that from day one, the bio family would have been in the sights of NSW Police, front and centre, and they would have been investigated through and through.

For example, the subpoena will state that documents and things (including a copy of the subpoena) are to be produced on 30 April 2014 at 9.00 am in the Supreme Court of NSW, Level 4, Law Courts Building, Queens Square, 184 Phillip Street, Sydney.

The date on the subpoena is also known as the date for the return of subpoena. More importantly, the subpoena will state the access orders proposed by the issuing party. For example, the issuing party may seek general access to the subpoenaed documents.

If you are required to attend the return of subpoena:

You may seek orders for access to the documents produced under the subpoena.
You may seek orders objecting to a party accessing the documents produced under the subpoena.
If documents have not been produced or the party needs more time to produce, you may seek for the subpoena to be stood over to another return date.

I have been going over all my older posts and messages trying to find a particular message with some interesting info which I'm not sure was posted or discussed. MS cousin is listed as a cousin of a resident on Benaroon Drive. I find that either a huge coincidence or a little bit to close to home .
