What is the relevance of this house? Was it mentioned in msm? Didn't police investigate it?

The relevance of this house along Batar Creek Rd & near Stoney creek drive relates to it's proximity to "Jesus saves William Tyrell" stump & because it has been mentioned in previous posts

This is 256 Batar Creek Road from the paddock at the back of the structure.

Possible, except if they lived in the area and their absence would be flagged as suspicious at the time William disappeared, were on foot rather than driving a motor vehicle, if they weren’t familiar with the bush surrounding William’s foster grandmother’s home and/orbhad no place to conceal William within the local area without being disturbed or discovered by others — just to name a few.

Well given the very narrow timeframe for someone to get to WT, i think they would have had to have been in the FGM yard to see and know exactly what was going on at an exact given time. If a neighbour for instance saw WT out in the yard by himself then depending on where that neighbour lived? they would have had to have gone on foot to get there IMO. So how long would they have taken to get there seeing as the houses are on bush blocks? And where is it purported that WT was at the time he was taken, front yard, backyard, side of the house? No evidence trail of shoe prints, disturbed ground, a struggle or anything?

Police ruled that out as anything of any consequence though didn't they?

Found where the confusion came from. deugirtni was talking about the house on the cnr of Batar & Stoney Creek Roads at Batar:

Lucky Jubes and SF Rosann know everything that was happening in and around Kendall on the day William disappeared because I’m lost.

I don't know anything at all about any of those properties (nor do I really understand their significance, if any).. I had just simply gone back to try to locate a post referenced by another member, which had been posted by Spiritualdreaming (which you guys were talking about the other day), and she had posted that the house was beside that sign in the photo. Not *at* the intersection, but wherever that sign is, somewhere beside the sign.. and I asked if anyone knew where that sign is located. In any case, I'm sure the locals would have alerted LE to any weird old shacks and I'm confident they would've been thoroughly checked out at the time.

His location has been reported as having been in the front yard, side yard, deck, back yard, driveway, you name it. Just one of the probably hundreds of discrepancies in reporting in this case. Lots of rumours and gossip to go around right in MSM!

The empty house that was searched because someone thought they heard a noise there, was that the Stoney Creek Road house or another or don't we know?

The picture with the police searching it - is def not the Stoney creek abandoned house. Wasn't there another just within 1/2 km of Benarroon drive - accessible most easily from the house with the lonely guy that sold for a quick sale? # 43 was it?

We will never know!

In the article to the link i just posted
(quote)
“Following inquiries, police have determined the items and painting were a result of ‘geocaching’, an outdoor activity in which participants use GPS coordinates to hide and seek items,” the statement reads.
“Given the circumstances of William’s disappearance, police are disappointed that it has been included in a recreational game.
While the discovery may be yet another red herring in the heartbreaking case, the mention of William by name and the location’s proximity to where he was last seen caused police to treat the clue seriously.

IMO it didn't really go anywhere to help locate WT.

1. Unless they were in their car.
2. No idea of time it may have taken. Dependent on location of perpetrator advance.
3. Jubes’ introduced a yard abduction theory. Link to 60 Minutes where he appears is posted in previous threads.
4. Strike Force has gathered 4,000 pieces of evidence relating to investigation. Link to Jubes’ latest media presser and transcription also in previous posts.

You’re welcome :)

Yes if you move ur eagle eye a little towards the front of the house you will see a definitite driveway on the left leading into the property. . There wasn't a driveway in that position when the police were searching

I don’t have one. It was simply an example.

Again, you’re welcome :)

Well i think it could be a possibility though seeing as FM didn't hear a thing. Like she stated all was very quiet when she could no longer hear WT.
If in a vehicle wouldn't they have heard car doors slam shut and the sound of a vehicle driving away?
And you're welcome too, :)

If you’re using a phone, go down to the bottom of the thread and select ‘Full site’. The text box in your replies will have a picture frame with a tree in it, click on that to attach photos.
