How do hillsley and spedding become acquainted.

Through the relationship Spedding had with JH's sister i would imagine? Or do you mean something else?

Also JH from what i read about all his crimes against children had been incarcerated a lot, so we would have to know when he was actually out of prison as to when BS & the sister of JH first got together? Was it during one of JH's incarcerations or not? Was BS and JH's sister aware then of what JH was capable of doing?

And it was his alibis not checking out which caused LE to question him further. That and the tip off from the mother of his foster kids about his history. Although one wonders how she found out he was there and being questioned in the first place. It wasn't released to the papers until they knew he had a history. someone was very quick to let her know.

And the tip off about a child's shirt causing a blockage in a pipe at his home, creating the need for a repair.

I don't mean current as in current trial. I mean anyone linked currently to spedding...male and female...and links no matter how frayed the thread is that holds this mob together.

While this may be good to know, we cannot sleuth people that are not spoken of in MSM.

surely though, if you were publicly named a poi and police were finished questioning you and hadnt found anything,
wouldnt you lobby them to clear you, or get legal advice,
especially in a case involving a child, if hes not guilty arent there legal steps he can take to publicly clear his name?

No problem and yes, i read the court document on Hillsley and it is horrific the children he attacked and raped. He is also a murderer. And yes, BS was married to Hillsley's sister.

If he was cleared and the police let the impression continue that he was still a POI, there might have been some of those ramifications that the police spoke of earlier in the investigation. Possibly a lawsuit, or official reprimand of the police.

Spedding, or his representatve, was not backward in coming forward and trying to stop MSM for 'breaching privacy standards'. The matter was adjudicated. He did not win.

The Sydney Morning Herald has been found not to have breached the Press Council’s privacy standards over reporting of the police investigation into missing NSW toddler William Tyrrell.

A complaint was brought against the newspaper after print and online articles appeared on January 22, 2015, which covered the police search of William Harrie Spedding’s property.

Today’s adjudication found the “intensified” police interest in Spedding meant the expectation of privacy was lower.

Yes it does give that info. But when did BS & JH's sister first get together and where i wonder? They had a history together, but it doesn't give dates on that and we can't sleuth her only what has been in the MSM, & court docs.

The nieces referred to may well be speddinģ/hillsley sister children. Is there a charge that can be made against parent who knowingly allows a sexual misconduct to occur against their child which is perpetrated by someone known to them? Is this what the current trial is about? Is this why spedding and current spouse attend court without their support crew because they are the alleged victims


10. He was released on parole on 19 December 1986. On 29 January 1987, following a report expressing grave concern about the respondent's inappropriate and potentially dangerous behaviour towards young girls, his parole was revoked and he was returned to prison to serve the remainder of his sentence. The respondent had been found in his place of employment on 21 January 1987 with a young girl locked in the toilet in the building. He was interviewed by the probation and parole officer. He stated that nothing had occurred and that everyone was over-reacting. He was interviewed the next day by a medical officer who was of the opinion that the respondent had some unresolved behavioural problems and that he was still focussing his sexual attention on girls of tender years, including his nieces with whom he had some regular contact at his parental home. He had been warned by his father not to take these children into a bedroom prior to the incident in the toilet.

11. While continuing his psychiatric outpatient treatment, he revealed to his doctor that he had taken clothing belonging to his niece which had been stored in a garage under his home unit block. He was later interviewed by the probation and parole officer and questioned about his intent. He stated "It is purely sexual, yes. I would probably have intercourse this time. I was angry at the family for thinking I was doing the wrong thing so I thought I would show them and actually do it".
