Yes, I definitely got the impression that Hillsley harmed the older girl, at some point in time prior to the revocation of his parole.
The younger girl had documented, extensive bruising when she was examined. Recent bruising. And Hillsley was in prison.
I think the date on the girl's medical report will likely prove that.
hmm yes, and the difference between what the grandmother and mother observed to what the medical staff observed when they wrote their report will be interesting, apparently enough for a supreme court judge to assess that there is a question of who in this instance and evidence of coaching under a "hot house" of suspicion. All this evidence will have to be tested at trial.
