Ole Mags was bubbling and chirpy today in the vid. Letting all the journos know that things were just peachy with her and Bill.

With her trying to influence one of the victims, I have never held high hopes of her believing in anything else than what Spedding wants her to believe.
haha or maybe shes chirpy and excited he might be going to prison and she can collect the million and go on a cruise!

i still have no idea who i think is guilty for williams disappearance and trying to keep an open mind to all scenarios, bs seems the most likely if bio and ff have been cleared, (if they have really and its not police strategy to make people feel safe and complacent?) also interesting police havent publicly taken bs or tj off the poi list, so many things on all sides dont add up for me, so many coincidences and a seemingly invisible abduction timed perfectly?
i noticed at the weekend how many cctv cameras there are on the central coast main roads and shops, hard to commit a crime nowadays when you are being watched and your mobile gives away your location
also still wondering who that man was asking for directions to benaroon drive at a local store?

I'm pretty sure if my memory is right the man asking for directions to Benaroon was cleared.

And then the very next line said ....

"He (Spedding) said he had to seek legal advice ... "

So he let Colin speak for him instead. Maybe then he could tell the police that Colin was confused, if Colin said something different to what Spedding told the police in his police statement(s).

its a conspiracy ...... thanks for your support mate but I never did or said anything that would lead you, my son and others to believe I was out there on the 8th and not the 9th....
Why the video?

Could this have been an issue today?
(quote)
Adjournment

[2-0230] Unavailability of party or witness

That a party or a material witness is unavailable will usually be a sufficient ground for an adjournment, provided such unavailability is not the fault of the party whose interests will be prejudiced by the refusal of the adjournment or of his or her solicitor:

JMT is actually relevant to tomorrows date, not today's.

Then again, bb, money’s only paper (or made of plastic or virtual currency, as the case may be). Not forgetting the infamous twelve(?) pieces of silver. Personally, I’d rather have a clear conscience than all of the money in the world.

"He wouldn't go into any specifics about where he was that day or any of the timeline surrounding where he was at the exact time William disappeared.

Yes I agree - that electronic footprint.
BS should have pinged somewhere between 10.15am and 2pm and if he didn't that is just as suspicious...imo
Because he has said he was with the mrs sipping coffee... blah, blah at Laurieton's where the reception is reliable, it seems.
imo

And unless someone actually witnesses the speddings at the laurieton cafe then the way the bill was paid means jacks#$t imo. Anyone could have used his card to produce the alibi. What time was his grandkid's presentation at the school which formed the 2nd part of the alibi. Was there an eyeball witness.

I think it important to remember that BS "wouldn't go into any specifics about where he was that day or any of the timeline surrounding where he was at the exact time William disappeared.
http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/william-sp...23-12wpef.html

But his mate, son, daughter in law niece ............... did tell the media what BS had presumably told them he had done that day.

Not unlike AJ's family giving their version of events with little clarification and many questions remaining really ... who would refer to PB as a gentleman anyways? (I only hurt one child)
AJ left sober and came home pissed. Well he bought his grog somewhere or he was drinking someone else's.

PB was at the club with wife and friends having lunch - did that check out?

The difference thus far AJ's neighbour has phoned aca - not the police years later and said he was not going to use her deceased husband as an alibi. No he did not fix the hot water system that day, it was months before.
Who is BS relying on for his alibi at Dunbogan? When did he fix the fridge? and those school snaps and Laurieton pings??
The people he named - did not recall seeing him ..... ouch!!
I guess they told the police that very early in the investigation as well.
imo
bbm

You make a good point. Col, BS's son, his daughter-in-law (now ex), niece...everyone seemed to speak for BS so basically heresay. Not first hand information.

Agree with the clear conscience. But what price your grandchildren? Let's not forget she lost custody of her grandchildren which is possibly directly related to BS's history.

We're William' s foster parents at the time of his disappearance his 1st foster parents. Same question re his sibling present on day.

The paternal real grandmother NC MOTHER OF BIO DAD squirrelled away William's bio father and mother and William and his sister in a granny flat somewhere previously and from what i have read she did this after the bio parents had been previously ordered by authorities not to associate. They were later caught associating and that was the reason the 2 children had been removed from bio parent custody and subsequently placed into foster care. So NC had more involvement in the children ending up in foster care than what people think.

I am still really shocked at the relationship between paternal bio gm NC and Kim Loweke. Given KL very close connections with the pedo mob it seems to me that she was the one that pursued the relationship which according to msm reports started in 2015.

To me the very fact that she KL had included NC s name in her application to state housing for a 3 bed house with the extra bedroom to be used for her KLs art..KL stated this to press. I consider she KL, was influenced by someone in her background to befriend NC keep her very close to keep track of what she knew about ongoing investigations re William.

NC used to be a market trader so was this where she and KL met. KL sells art stuff was she also a market trader.

I also think its possible William's sister may have also been a target but for her visit to the bathroom put her out of reach at the critical point in time.

Who supplied the granny flat that was used by NC as mentioned in previous message.
