I am still really shocked at the relationship between paternal bio gm NC and Kim Loweke. Given KL very close connections with the pedo mob it seems to me that she was the one that pursued the relationship which according to msm reports started in 2015.

To me the very fact that she KL had included NC s name in her application to state housing for a 3 bed house with the extra bedroom to be used for her KLs art..KL stated this to press. I consider she KL, was influenced by someone in her background to befriend NC keep her very close to keep track of what she knew about ongoing investigations re William.

NC used to be a market trader so was this where she and KL met. KL sells art stuff was she also a market trader.

I also think its possible William's sister may have also been a target but for her visit to the bathroom put her out of reach at the critical point in time.

Who supplied the granny flat that was used by NC as mentioned in previous message.

Imo kim loweke was directed to befriend NC to gather knowledge. Someone with brains is behind this strategy. The more i think about this abduction i think its got very far reaching tenticles,

Agree with the clear conscience. But what price your grandchildren? Let's not forget she lost custody of her grandchildren which is possibly directly related to BS's history.

The question is did she know of his (alleged?) history before that time. Given the choice between children/grandchildren/‘minor’ family members, my personal choice is, and always has been, the children.

I was thinking about what another poster said about there maybe being no committal hearing due to saving money (for lawyer). And looking at possible developments with a JMT today, so possibly less trial expenses.

Wondering if Spedding could not get legal aid due to the "savings" of $100,000 he offered for bail surety. Maybe he cannot get legal aid until that money is used up, because he claimed that it was his savings (and not money from other people, etc).

Maybe he went for an early judgement - JMT - for the same reason he went for no committal.

The court heard Spedding and his wife Margaret have offered “their savings” of $100,000 in surety that the Crown says is “generous” but “insufficient to satisfy the bail concerns.”

She looks okay, though not the same kind of okay as Judge Helen Syme. Let's hope she does a great job of whatever they are doing today.

One of the first trials of hers that pops up in a Google search:

A former decorated police officer "lost his moral compass" when he sexually assaulted two girls, said a judge who sentenced him to jail for at least seven years.
Judge Deborah Sweeney said Gregory Ernest Urch had exploited his relationship with the girls by committing offences in their homes, a local swimming pool and in his car on a trip to Sydney from the Goulburn Police Academy.

yes, children first always

Always the children. On the other hand, many spouses of alleged CSO’s have said that their partners being charged with those types of offences came as a real shock to them. They didn’t know what to believe, or not to believe. I posted a link to an MSM article a long time ago which told of their perspectives. It seems to me, in many cases, spouses of alleged CSO’s are between a rock and a hard place. Thankfully, I have never had that experience (to my knowledge anyway).

you would think though, after living with a person, youd pick up little clues or moments of unease that make you wonder, and subtle clues from the children etc, hard to believe any spouse wouldnt have a small inkling at some stage?

The paternal real grandmother NC MOTHER OF BIO DAD squirrelled away William's bio father and mother and William and his sister in a granny flat somewhere previously and from what i have read she did this after the bio parents had been previously ordered by authorities not to associate. They were later caught associating and that was the reason the 2 children had been removed from bio parent custody and subsequently placed into foster care. So NC had more involvement in the children ending up in foster care than what people think.

Link to msm article below. Couldn't paste into this message

Stuff that has come out during the recent FACS v Smith court case shows that the little girl was taken away from her bio parents as an infant, then when William was taken away, he was placed in the care of the current foster parents and his sister joined him a week? later.
I do think that is where I saw that snippet but can't be certain.

Why would a new judge be allocated on just the second day of a trial?

I can’t find any info online on judge changes. Venue changes yes but nothing else ?

Same here.
What I did notice is Judge Syme has a lot of cases today and the weeks ahead.
Judge Sweeney just the one today. She has been in Lismore Court in the weeks previous.

None the less BS will be back again tomorrow - as is Judge Sweeney.

You make a good point. Col, BS's son, his daughter-in-law (now ex), niece...everyone seemed to speak for BS so basically heresay. Not first hand information.

No it is not first hand info.

Mr Spedding’s niece Kylie Handsaker told The Daily Telegraph yesterday. “We know him so well. We know he is a loving, caring family man who would do anything for his wife and grandkids.
“I grew up in the area so I have been praying about the little boy who had gone missing and all I pray is that some truth comes out.
‘‘I really believe that no one in my family has any involvement in this.” ............................

Mr Spedding, 63, was one of hundreds of locals questioned by officers, coming to their attention only because of his contact with the family over the repair.

Slowly the connections came to light.

Not nessarily I know a lady who’s husband went in for urgent surgery she had to look through his phone to find something and found photos of their teenage daughter naked. She had no idea. Called the police straight away.

I know. Personally I’d kill my husband. No need for a thread about me, I’d admit it.

Very much agree. Get close to NC and find out what she knows. It seems you don't have to look very far to find threads that link them all together. Now that would be an interesting map to draw.

I don’t think NC plays a very important part in the case, can’t see what anyone would gain by befriending her. I can’t see the police telling her anything

I agree.

And from what I have read in other cases, the police won't be telling anyone anything. They are not about to make any case details available to anyone, unless it serves a specific purpose to the police.

Even William's parents will know next to nothing about what is going on. They will likely just be soothed and calmed and updated that things are still on track, the investigation is still strong.

Of course, they will have had some questions answered by whoever their police liaison person is, but only to the extent that is necessary.

They may have been asked to provide some assistance but, again, only to the extent that is necessary.

imo

Police dont say things? they release parts of calls. They talk to suspects i believe they talked to nc and i bet kim loweke wanted to know what questions police asked nc, what information police fed nc as well.
