They have afforded DG a hell of a lot of protection but it was her car that fit a description at the scene of the crime. One he was not allowed access to. KC keeps offering doubt. They are the ones who are friends/relatives with Kimmy and Johnny. IMO

I'd like to see that scary woman who forbade TJ the use of her car.

Yes he looks to be a hard person to say no too ......
I want to know how he took it with out the owner knowing.
Sneaky thing must have had a key cut unbeknow ....:D

Who knows if he even has a valid driver's license. If he is drunk by noon, as he says he was that day, he may be a heavy drinker and have a string of DUIs, and lost his license.

It may not be just her that won't allow him to use her vehicle, it may be the law as well. Mr 90+ criminal convictions.

I'm wondering what they've been doing in these past days listed for trial. Selecting jury perhaps?

:dunno: .... wish I did.
But I know it is at the John Maddison Tower.....:D:giggle::doh:

How did he get out bush? :back:
KC said he just sat around drinking, visited or went bush.

If he had lost his license, what would his wife's position be if she allowed him to use her car? Would she be committing an offense? Perhaps she has to have an official position of "You are not allowed to use my car" to protect herself when he's caught.

Edit: plus, insurance reasons.

That is something that has crossed my mind.
He was sober when he left home, but KC does not know if he drove home drunk, but he was pissed on arriving home.
Where was the car all morning?
Parked in the drive of KC, DJ or the neighbours ......... elsewhere? and who was driving it?

Was KC a neighbour to the Jones marital residence?

Thanks Bo. Do you happen to have a copy of doc or link to the full decision.

Unfortunately not to hand but, if you search Threads #28 and #29 for Supreme Court, you should find the links to both the original decision and that of the appeal.

It is interesting to note that after the public heard about the 2 cars, twelve additional POIs were identified.

That says to me, besides Jones' wife's car etc, being identified as being similar to the 'cars parked on the street', other people thought that someone else (or themselves) may have been parked there that morning.

BBM
Police received information about where it was after 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on Benaroon Drive in Kendall as William played outside.
Police were inundated with information about the case after the program, with Crime Stoppers receiving 500 calls after it aired.

They also identified 12 persons of interest as a result.

500 calls to follow up regarding 2 ordinary-looking cars. Perhaps it's not so surprising the information wasn't released earlier.
