Mmmm I’ll be charged with indecent exposure, scaring women and making dogs howl.
Not a good idea.

Pre-dawn raid, tgy? I’ll bring the coffee and croissants.

Yes our boys in blue need a break on this case. I actually feel for Jubes...he and his squad are obviously putting their heart and soul into solving this case, I hope William’s abduction is not going to be The One He Never Solved.

I really hope they’re only sitting on a small but crucial piece of evidence. I hope they know and the family feels confident they know what happened but it’s just one of those cases where they don’t want to screw up getting a long long sentence for whomever is responsible.

There were things that were said by the FP in their interviews that indicated to me that they 'know' what has happened, and not in unknown-perp terms.
I also don't think the Bravehearts ambassadorship by one of them is any big coincidence. I think it is a helpful and healing outlet that enables them to assist others who help prevention and after-healing of the experience William likely endured. It may be William's legacy for them.

Is BS still on bail and having to report to the police station?

It is very possible that the crime is solved, other than locating William. It seems to be the conviction they are going for now. And going hard at it. imo

Maybe taking soil samples or testing compaction? Hard to see.

ETA. Probably the former as I can’t see a gauge on the tool. Also presumably a cadaver dog with the police officer.

Speaking of defamation cases (not that we were at this instant), I noticed today that Rebel Wilson's defamation case took a big turn on appeal.
Her $4.5 million payout was slashed to damages of just $600,000. She couldn't prove loss of potential income to satisfy the case.

Goes to show that these media moguls don't quit their defence of defamation cases against them. They've got the firepower to just stay at it, for as long as it takes.

Rebel Wilson's record defamation payout dramatically slashed on appeal

Thank you bo, I googled soil sample tool and found similar looking tools

I have no idea what that tool is but I really like all the photos of police running specific tests, in large numbers scouring every inch of bush .. showing the perp and person potentially covering for said perp that police are ON this and are collecting evidence- *look out, we’ll get you*

Same with this. Is he scraping a sample off these pavers? I wonder, too, if the pavers have been dug up? And, if so, whose garden are they digging up?

Toy found in search for William

Same Bo

A specific property that is three square kilometres is the main area of focus for NSW police.

The operation will be co-ordinated by approximately 50 search experts from NSW Police's public order and riot squad.

Police return to initial William Tyrrell search area with new focus
Hmmm hadn't noticed that specific property stated before. Looks like they've been in forest area, roads and yards surrounding houses though so seem like more than a specific property. All other reports just state area though. could be.

I hadn’t read that article before. Maybe a turn of phrase?
This is just my personal opinion, however I am wondering if this MSM misunderstood and then ran with their own interpretation. We all heard what Jubes said. There was no secret info that he gave to one MSM and not the others, and not the public. In the past I'm sure I am not the only one who has noticed that if one MSM prints something, other MSM can tend to just repeat blindly, without necessarily checking facts, or where the info originated from and whether it was a viable resource... so just saying that even if more MSM come out repeating this 'specific property' wording, it doesn't mean it's correct.
I think the error was made here:
"Detectives will scour bushland on the mid-north coast of NSW for the next four weeks, in a forensic sweep around a property where William was last seen in Kendall, near Port Macquarie on September 12, 2014."
Notice it says 'around a property where William was last seen'? Could be anywhere around 48 Benaroon Drive. And because it says 'around A property'... I believe this reporter/writer has mis-read it to assume that LE will be searching A property.
Jubes said a 3km area search and a 4 week time period. I don't believe he elaborated as to exactly where the 3km search area is located other than around the forest, nor that it was only ONE property. I'm sure reporters/photogs will be on them like flies on..... sugar, so we will soon know.
jmo.
