425 Bartar Creek Road could have a good view of the area searched and road. Could be they’ve seen something.

Google maps show there is a plantation but because it’s in Middle Brother Forest with no houses around so I can’t do a search on the property.

I’m intrigued with this deleted member thingy. m.row?
Do I know who you are? Yes?

I've often wondered if the police read WS. Wouldn't surprise me as you are very talented people on here. Similarly, I wonder if they also monitor and regulate social media when necessary, just as MSM links get deleted.

what is the relevance of the picture on the wall in the background?
I can not see its value or purpose to the thread.

About a month ago, I spoke to a relative, a Police Officer, of a neighbour, where near by there was a burglary.
I spoke of a websleuths case. He certainly knew about Websleuths and the case.

Perhaps others feel it may be of some importance.
Several times, people post, even stating 'off topic': to them, it may be of some significance, perhaps in their eyes, relating to the thread.
We see things differently

Is there a way in this, our new home to see who's on this thread?

Purples.
There is a Websleuths site, where we can discuss problems, ideas etc
It gives a lot of info, that I found helpful, solving quite a few of my problems.
There is more, now available.
Check 'welcome to websleuths 374561, the first thread. Now up to second thread 375696.
You will be delighted, with what you learn, and can request. :)

In 2014 (and still 2018) we tried to find out, in whose home little WT was sitting in front of a monitor (behind him recognizable the said wall hanging/picture).

Thanks for the reply, FG: so not a waste of time, as perhaps helpful to Websleuths Police.
You have a great memory.:)

Is this the same piece of land mentioned in these article? Interesting articles. Obviously this sale was most contentious at the time and a few locals were upset about it.
Scouts want to turn $1 gift into $130,000 **

Council to Kendall's rescue *
* The Kendall Community Centre operates from three sites including the Scouts-owned property.

“Had council not stepped in to buy the site, it would have severely impacted on the Kendall Community Centre’s ability to deliver these important community services,” Mr Payne said.

** Centre manager Allison Haylett says the move to sell the land by the scouts flies in the face of community spirit.

“This is not doing the movement’s name much good in the Kendall community,” Ms Haylett said.

“There is a fair bit of concern in the community about the sale.”

Ms Haylett said the centre was important to Kendall.

The centre provides office facilities and internet access for residents. People come here to learn computer skills and we are a Centrelink access point,” Mrs Haylett said.

A second-hand book exchange also operates at the site.

So, is the Community Centre near the search area?
Interesting to hear about the optimal internet access (but FF had to drive to Kew, although his M-I-L had a close connection to the Comm. Centre?). Hmmm.

He didn't drive to Kew, he drove to Lakewood, you know, where CY is from.

^^ That too!! I didn't notice before.
Kew and Lakewood - both was mentioned alternately in MSM, as I now remember.

I know. He never was questionable to me (intuition). Was thinking loud about mysterious connections without assigning blame.

Maybe the internet access was just for using their computers, not your own device. Like libraries used to do before wireless took off.

Google says No 21 Comboyne Street housed
*Bookends Kendall
*The 1st Sea Scouts Kendall
*The Girl Guides and the Brownies.
The Batar School sign remains on the side of the quaint little building.
Australia - Australia - William Tyrrell, 3, Kendall, Nsw, 12 Sept 2014 - #35

21 Comboyne Street sold in August 2010 for 115K. Good on the council for stepping in.

Maybe something was done about the Boy Scout reserve at Batar as well.

From NSW Gov Gazette 30 September 2011.
If anyone know what it all means.
Have to scroll to pg 5939

He didn't drive to Kew, he drove to Lakewood, you know, where CY is from.

Speaking of Kew, many years ago my car was stolen from Blacktown NSW, they stole petrol and that was the last I heard about my car until 12 days later I was called by police to say it was found outside the Kew pub.
I asked the barman if he knew anything about it and he told me they are always finding stolen cars dumped there outside the pub. He said it was left running. It was hot wired. The barman also told me no cars get stolen from there.

To this day I wonder where do the thieves go from there?
The car was totally thrashed and a dog was obviously living in it and bags of dog food.
