In regard to the post being replied to, what is 'CHR'?

In BC's own (quoted) words, he seems to indicate that he meant literally:

If BC was digging, who is to automatically assume that it is because he had a hand in WT's demise, rather than that he may be actually trying to find his own son? For what purpose would he kill his own child, one of four? Doesn't make sense, and not sure if his history of being a criminal in and out of jail and involved in drugs taints peoples' perspectives on him to think that therefore he must also be capable of doing something like this? Note: Not referring to you butterstick.

I wasn't implying that neither were other members. I have clarified it in following posts. I have also said in one of my post, may be plan was to bring little guy back to BF but plan didn't go as expected. OFCOURSE a father won't do such thing and BC seems a decent person.

ADMIN NOTE:

No sleuthing or posting about individuals who are not a POI in this case (as per LE or MSM). IOW, the bus driver who was charged and acquitted of the two murders is off-limits.

I understand I made an error in the above post by referring to the Bowraville POI as a bus driver when it was only suggested he might be. Regardless, that individual was acquitted in a court of law and is not to be discussed as a POI / suspect in William's case unless officially announced as such via MSM or LE.

Just a thought. It's possible that a resident on the street DID see something but police are keeping it under wraps. There's probably lots of evidence we don't know about.

Oh I’m sure there would be, Angeline. That’s the way the police operate and they get very good results. I’m sure results will soon be forthcoming for William. Just those final pieces.

All I know is that it was reported that all 21 homes in FGM's street were searched:

"EVERY one of the 21 houses in the exclusive estate around his grandmother’s house have been searched from top to bottom twice, including roof cavities and septic tanks."

I was thinking about William’s siblings last night — especially his sister — and how traumatic William’s disappearance must have been (and still is) for them. I pray that they’ll get answers and have their brother brought home to them one day.

TF's novel "In the Woods"--character who as a kid was playing with two friends, and they both disappeared forever. He can't remember what happened but he was found with blood in his shoes. One of his thoughts afterwards was why hadn't he been taken as well, wasn't he good enough?

Also, I can't help feel for the bio parents as well as the foster parents. No matter what's happened - with their children being removed etc - they still have a child who is missing. No doubt both families are suffering terribly

Heartbreaking. I really hope she has access to access to counselling as what has happened could really affect her growing up. This horrendous tragedy doesn’t have to ruin her chance to live of a happy life. Daniel Morcombe’s twin brother and siblings have managed to have productive lives despite Daniel being taken from them and I hope William’s siblings manage to as well.

I don’t like writing this but the Lynette Dawson Australian case has had an update from a contractor today who believes she is buried in the garden beside the pool of the house he worked in.

Could any of the perps have done the same or had concrete poured for a pool for example over remains? Would law enforcement be able to get a warrant to do an intensive investigation of their homes?

when you say one of the perps - do you mean POIs? I think if any concreting had been done at any POIs place then yes i believe the police would be able to obtain a warrant. My background is in CSI so don't quote me (i'm not up on the legal side of things) but it's not hard for police to get a warrant on a POI if there is probably cause . In other words, i sure bloody hope so grejrichards. Lynette Dawson - I hope she is found. far out, so many wicked crimes - it's depressing

The short answer to that is yes, I think so.

Not being either a police officer or a lawyer, I’d say if a police officer had reasonable grounds to suspect that a serious indictable offence was committed on a POI’s property or that evidence of that offence was concealed on that property, they would be able to exercise their crime scene powers under the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 No 103, Part 7:
