I don't think I could say where and what time I was at a certain place, some months after the event. Not necessarily saying BS wouldn't know, when was that interview where he gave his alibi?
School events might be easy to check, also I delete call logs on my phone regularly, missed calls, ones I don't wish to reply to, things of that nature.
I had a parking fine a few years back, in a town a have never been to, in a car I don't own, nor ever owned. It was bizarre and several months after the event. I was lucky to be able to trawl back through my social media to find I was actually at children's play group but I had no evidence to support it.
The onus was on me to prove I wasn't there and didn't own the car. It cost me lawyers fees.
BBM: Exactly, you must prove to the police that you weren't there, in order to establish your innocence to them. A point we have been trying our hardest to make.
With regard to Spedding's police interview(s). He underwent his 10-page recorded interview shortly after William went missing. Not months later.
Mr Spedding took part in a 10-page recorded interview with detectives soon after little William went missing on the day the tradesman was due to fix the toddler’s grandmother’s washing machine.
Tradesman Bill Spedding had a 10-page interview
