Perhaps they do burn quicker upside down, and someone with experience might know it. So they just return to flip it and burn it? I'm so confused lol

If the fire brigade werd called out they may gave flipped it.

No evidence of fire in surrounding bushland is concerning. May show car was burnt elsewhere.

Do we actualky for a fact know this car body is in stoney creek area or is it supposition? Do we know time mentioned is driving time or distance measurement time.

Could this be long point trail search area done in Jan 2015?

A year later,
NSW Police Strike Force Rosann police examined the cars seen in the street, an old white station wagon and a dark-grey, old-model, medium-sized sedan.

Both cars were parked behind each other on the roadway between the driveways of two adjacent properties opposite the location from which William disappeared.

"The reason we want to find out details of those two vehicles is the manner in which they were parked," Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin said.

Is this the escape route taken by William Tyrrell's abductors three years ago?

Hmm - we haven't seen BS for a long time. His new look. His roots do need a touch up, if he wants to maintain it. :)
With the charges in both NSW and VIC having been dropped I am surprised he is still maintaining his tight lipped approach.

So we have learned about two cars that AJ got around in (with or without permission).
One towed from the neighbours driveway for us all to see. The other out bush gutted and up ended.
It was a car that was like the one AJ was driving around in. Who actually owned it? Was it shared?

There are poi's that have not been named in the media. But there are still a few that have. I am still really interest in what cars they and their families got around in.

jmo

Wouldnt you think this witness took actual photos of initial car allegedly discovered by them at time they supposedly discovered the vehicle.

BBM: Was at one point? So, he may not be one of the 'high priority' POIs any more?

Yes I noticed WAS, also articles relating to BS also say WAS to now

I hope so pt.

It was actually the smaller one way over on the right of your screen shot (where the cars/huts/tanks were). Almost to the right edge of your pic.

Google Earth takes sat shots from a different angle to the program you are using.
Is it this one, to the far right, half way down the page? (Source: Google Maps)

The person who observed the unburnt car might not have reported it immediately. Perhaps it was seen some months before and only thought to be report-worthy after the sighting of the two cars in Benaroon Drive was publicized. That would be three years ago I think.
Yes that’s a possibility

Jones was once a member of the Port Macquarie-based Grandparents as Parents Again (GAPA).

Detectives interviewed Jones while he was in custody in April and questioned him about any involvement in William's disappearance.

Detectives also questioned Jones' estranged wife about his movements.......................

It is understood police initially believed the car, which belonged to Jones' estranged wife, had been disposed of but police later learnt it had been given to neighbours.

Police received information about where it was after 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on Benaroon Drive in Kendall as William played outside.

They also identified 12 persons of interest as a result.

Burnt out car 12 minute drive from FGM’s.

TJ lived in Wauchope. 23kms, 21mins north of Kendall central.

According to KC he doesn’t know anyone in Kendall.

Alibi 1. Going bush – he looks for scrap metal according to KC.

Alibi2. Helping neighbour with hot water system. Disputed by neighbour.

Alibi 3. Getting wood from bush with chainsaw borrowed from council. Council don’t lend out equipment. It was Sept/spring a little late for gathering firewood.

Both alibi 1 and 3 he said he was going bush. Why drive to Kendall when Wauchope “The Timbertown” is next to Bago Bluff National Park and 1000’s of hectares of bush?

If he drove his car into the bush and left it there, how did he leave? Who drove him away and in what car? Abduction now thought to have been committed by a lone wolf.

If he needed to hide a crime committed around Kendall why leave evidence in that vicinity when there were so many bush tracks which he should be more familiar with further away?

How did a random (or perhaps not so random) person stumble across that car (or had prior knowledge of it) near Kendall and recognise it as being the car or a similar car that was driven by a man from a different town, Wauchope 23kms away? Was he also from Wauchope as according to KC TJ knew no-one from Kendall. If so what was he doing there? It’s more likely he matched the car to the description on 60mins than knew it was possibly TJ’s imo

Who was driving the white car that day? Who was driving the silver car that day? Can't KC answer those questions?

Who upon seeing the cars on 60mins (if that’s the case) went to that car to flip it and set it on fire destroying all evidence? TJ was incarcerated at the time. Are they covering for TJ? Are they covering for someone else?

Was someone else driving that car and TJ is covering for them?

Or is that burnt out car nothing to do with Williams abduction?

BBM above. Was this the white station wagon from memory?

Did ACA say/suggest last night that the silver burned out car might be the same car as the grey sedan parked in benaroon? I thought they said something like this...

And

The family of convicted paedophile Tony Jones say he told them on the day William vanished that he was going to visit convicted child abuser Paul Bickford, and that when Jones returned in the afternoon he was drunk.

The alibi Jones has provided to police is that he was out in the bush collecting scrap metal.

:) New Idea
A woman Mr Jones was believed to be dating at the time of William's disappearance claimed she 'wouldn't be surprised' if it was his car.

And according to TJ he was drunk by lunchtime. If he were a decent human being he wouldn't be drink driving. But then if he didn't drive his car home and someone gave him a lift, he was free to drink. Maybe a way to block out a horrendous thing which had just taken place.

KC seems to be having trouble sticking to one story. $ in her eyes?

I choose to ignore New Idea

Yes statement in new idea article claimes police have uncovered new breakthrough. A member of the public seems to be the one who did and at this stage police haven’t commented on the car have they ?

The mind boggles... yep, why would he leave it near kendall if he didn't have to? Unless he broke down somewhere trying to get out, or got bogged ....what are the chances? I hope this happened if he's the one. sucker

  • #2,277
Has it actually been verified by LE it was TJ's car ?
Is it some type of hatchback vehicle? The cars previously stated in MSM weren't that type of car. What type of car is it exactly? The sedan on Benaroon, the dark grey one, wasn't a hatchback. Neither were any of the other vehicles mentioned in this case.

Or he had the use of a property in Cedar Loggers Lane and so Middle Brother as disposal site was convenient. (All speculation.)

Doesn't TJ claim he wasn't in Kendall on the day that WT went missing?

(quote)
The family of convicted paedophile Tony Jones say he told them on the day William vanished that he was going to visit convicted child abuser Paul Bickford, and that when Jones returned in the afternoon he was drunk.
The two friends, who were both members of grandparent social group Grandparents as Parents Again operating around Port Macquarie, have been questioned by police investigating the then three-year-old’s suspected abduction from a home in Kendall.
The Daily Telegraph understands Bickford was driving a grey sedan at the time of William’s disappearance, and Jones was driving a white station wagon.

Police have said two vehicles matching those descriptions were spotted by William’s mother on the day the then three-year-old went missing from a home in Kendall, near Port Macquarie.
