It was a police facts sheet, lodged to the court about Spedding and Margaret trying to regain access to the grandchildren. It would have been lodged in mid-April 2015.
We have since discovered that their (his) access has been denied, though I cannot recall at the moment where we saw that info. It was fairly recently that we saw it, within the last few weeks, I believe.
A police facts sheet, presented to the court last week, said Mr Spedding was “in negotiations … to regain access to” the children before his arrest.
“Police hold serious concerns for the safety of these children if the accused is once more given access,” the document said.
