At the end of the 2017 presser, Gary Jubelin was asked by a member of the media.... "There was a car seized - has that been ruled out?" GJ answered "I can say that's been eliminated".

In the Where's William Tyrrell podcast, Episode 4 Lia Harris said none of the cars have been identified and none of the owners have come forward.

I take that to mean the car belonging to Tony Jones' ex-wife has been eliminated and was not the white station wagon FFC saw on Benaroon Drive.

In the new podcast, Nowhere Child, The Australian’s Caroline Overington delves into a case where notions of class and privilege; opportunity and poverty came crashing together, to create a nightmare for William Tyrrell. Four years on, is the case now close to being solved? And will justice now come, in William’s name?

Nowhere Child will be available below and on your favourite podcast app from Friday afternoon, July 19.

So she’s trying play the perceived class card. Easy to see who she’s affiliated herself with. IMO.

William was being cared for by a stable, hardworking family who loved him dearly and were helping him live a happy, loved life with a future.

Then evil intervened. IMO.

The ‘New’ Podcast will be interesting, although IMO this is just a grab for cash. CO has reported from her POV and that not being an overall view IMO. Some would probably say that about the existing podcast, but at least that one is actually speaking to people that were present on the day and I'm not sure that the new one will, I can't imagine FCer's participating in 2 different podcasts.

In my view this will only start a ‘Class’ war of Bios v Foster and won’t be advantageous for William or the Inquest at all

As I said, it's becoming a class war and not about William - some should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes, and it lets the person who is really responsible off the hook — the person who took William.

Is there anything in that list of investigation processes which could have confirmed the morning's activities at the house after the Spiderman photo was taken? (My guess is that no, there isn't, but that's MOO.)

I don't remember any reports or links showing that it was a dark grey 4WD seen leaving Benaroon Drive? But I agree it would be good to know more about FFC's drive: the first mention of it was at the inquest, it's the only topic from FFC's walk-through interview video released to the public, and even after four episodes of the podcast still hasn't been explained. It's too mysterious.

As I have posted recently there does not appear to be anything that can advise the timeline of events and family routine at 48 Benaroon up until the time MFC phone triangulated on cells towers and the text sent advising FFC of his eminent return to 48, his visit to chemist shop and the Skype call at Lakewood although there is a media report that detailed Laurieton and link is posted upthread...and his stop to purchase a newspaper in Kendall township. I assume there is a registered record or eftpos record that verifies that time.

There has been no mention emanating from 1st tranche of inquest that mentions any verification process after that. Not until neighbours spoke to MFC and FFC that is and there is no mention of a timeline there either.

The 000 call at 10.56am and arrival of 1st police responder at 11.06am is the only precise time mentioned so far.

This link mentions the 4wd leaving Benaroon and this information is 1st mentioned in Sept 2015 at the same time as the 2 parked vehicles and turning vehicle are 1st detailed to the public.

It confused me the police at the time in 2015 were still wanting information on the 4wd and it's driver. It would be interesting to know what time FFC drove down Batar Creek Rd and what vehicle was used. The vehicle was not mentioned in testimony as far as I am aware.

There has been no mention the family traveled from Sydney using 2 cars....did FFC use FGM vehicle or the 4wd the MFC drove on that morning?

If FFC used Fgm's vehicle who drove out of Benaroon at 10.30 approx in a 4wd? What vehicle did FGM normally drive?

To me it would be obvious the neighbour Mrs Wilson's vehicle who left at some precise time according to her husband in media reports from memory, would be known by Sept 2015, so too all other vehicles connected to Benaroon. So who drove the 4wd vehicle out at 10.30 on 12 Sept 2014?

Wasn't it the green/teal car that had the tinted windows?

If that was the case would FFC be able to describe the driver? Red haired, thick neck, weathered appearance, sat back from steering wheel, large....described from a fleeting glance....from memory?

Out of interest, do we know which driveway he reversed into it?

“she recalled seeing a third vehicle that morning - a green or teal-looking car which reversed in a neighbouring driveway and drove off.”
The neighbours house I believe.

I don't perceive any passive aggressiveness or sniping at all.

I’m hoping more of these precise details are given at the August inquest. Surely they will have to, especially if they do, like people have said, “map” people and their times and locations.

Do you mean that you are confused by the the information regarding the 4wd coming out in 2015 because by then the FP’s we’re already cleared? Or something else?

Sorry my link I provided said neighboring. I guess that means next door ?
Yeah, not sure. Could be. Though, I would have thought they’d say next door neighbours if that was the case instead of neighbouring. But, I don’t know.

If it’s relevant I’m sure it will all come out at the inquest. I think it’s important to remember that these are just msm reports .

This is the timeline given by our WS member Frogwell, who attended the inquest on the day FFC was on the stand - Frogwell reported FFC had said the next door neighbour. DrSleuth also attended, checked over Frogwell's timeline and didn't suggest any change be made to this portion:

9.10? - Kids riding bikes in the driveway, FM notices an Ltd teal coloured car do a 3 point turn in the next door neighbors driveway, remembers driver,

At the time FFC was with William's female sibling whilst she played on her bicycle in the drivevay. There are 2 driveways. The northern one is concreted and the bottom one was unsealed at the time. Media reports say it was the next door neighbours' driveway in which the vehicle turned. The vehicle had passed FFC therefore it was northern neighbour drive. Refer to thread 39 and 40 for further discussion and tweets directly out of Inquest.
