Possibly doubt most things that they and the public have been told via media and documentaries as stories have changed significantly. Detail spoken by BGM on Overington podcast reveals bio parents have been told nothing officially about the case by FACS or police.

No wonder they want answers from inquest with the assistance of a legal team. Good on them.

They didn't say he was the unknown POI, just that he was a known pedo and hasn't been cleared. So it's very possible.

Again, it was lovely to hear William’s FP’s concern for others who have lost William; ie, his BP.

Media did not say that he would be the ONLY person called. There are, what, 42 witnesses, one is a POI who we haven't heard of being a POI before, not that we have never heard of him. IMO

Nichols, a former Anglican priest, who previously lived near William’s grandmother, was convicted of indecently assaulting a boy in Tasmania in 1987.

He was visited by NSW police who searched his home in 2015 due to his status as a registered sex offender living in the area.

Nichols has told News Corp he was not involved in William’s disappearance.

“I was living in Kendall and the police came to see me because I was on the child protection register,” he said in January.
