"Former homicide detective Gary Jubelin will be called as a witness at the inquest into the disappearance of three-year-old William Tyrrell, with counsel for various “persons of interest” keen to cross-examine him about his methods."

And I’m very keen to know what he knows. Maybe those keen to cross examine might get more than they bargained for. I sure do hope they’re not thinking of treating him like a fool - they might end up with egg on their faces. IMO.

Guessing that will be spedding and possibly AJ ?
Spedding got a big mention in the article but I stupidly closed it and now I can't get back in.

Edit: AJ (TJ) doesn't have "leave to appear" AFAIK so he wouldn't be able to ask questions.

It's not real clear when BM heard about the possible adoption

I didn't agree [with adoption plans], I had heard about that ... they [case workers] said it wasn't happening, we were still trying to get the children back, we were at court," she told Deputy State Coroner Harriet Grahame.

Biomother stated the caseworker said the adoption wasn't happening.

In Overington podcast she (CO) states the OOHC carers had intitialized adoption process with Ben Atwood caseworker on 29 August 2014 and read out information from official email Atwood had sent a supervisor requesting a discussion about process and informing he had supplied OOHC carers with preliminary information.

This is in conflict to bio mother's testimony.

Did this caseworker mislead the bio mother?

Refer back to sillybilly post. William didn’t go missing because he was in foster care .

If TJ is appearing under sub peona, if he has legal counsel they can ask questions of anyone who testifies about him.

Well I wish people would stop prescibing what treatment would be good for the BM when we don’t even know what is wrong with her. CO in her podcast stated that the BM has a mental illness. We can only guess what it is. All I can say is that my heart goes out to her and I hope she gets well soon. Mental illness is treatable and I hope she is reunited with her kids.
I wonder if any witnesses will be added to the inquest with little, or no notice?

The witness list obtained by news.com.au is described as “provisional” and “witnesses may be added with little or no notice”.
Paedophile to testify at William Tyrrell inquest
wouldnt that shake a few

I think that quote from the counsel assisting the coroner is being used out of context with the facts of the case, that extended family and associates have not been able to be positively cleared as yet. In Lia Harris podcast, she painfully slowly outlines that the BP's are looked into because it is common for children in care to be abducted by family, and then she says that even though they were where they said they were, police put focus on their associates....who have not been positively ruled out.

Contradicting reporting?? Not much was reported on what Ben Atwood had said at the inquest. So I wonder if he was asked about adoption?? If he did what was his answer??

Maybe Frogwell or Doc could clarify if BA was asked about adoption at the inquest

So you knew that the visit was arranged a wk earlier and it was MFC that had done that. Did you already know about William spending the night in hospital over a black eye?
not a doc but most likely a bump to the head that may have needed to be watched,, i know of a girl that banged hers on a bed side table..wasnt a good outcome

Yes Bios have been cleared IMO..but extended family/associates are not...once again it comes

"Police have not drawn the positive conclusion that a known relative or associate was not involved in William's disappearance," Mr Craddock said.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.sm...he-vanished-inquest-told-20190324-p51739.html

Mr Craddock also told the court there was "no doubt" that the toddler's biological parents were in Sydney on the day he went missing, but that "he didn't disappear because he was in foster care".

Evidence will show William Tyrrell 'was likely taken', inquest told

"Investigators have not positively identified that no relatives were involved in William's disappearance."

Both journos will write books about the case IMO.
o doubt there will at least
It really doesn’t matter who ‘gets the scoop’ or releases first to me. All that matters to me is that we find out what happened to William.

Similarly, I don’t care who has a pool, or shutters, or why he was in foster care. I just want whoever did it found and brought to justice. IMO.
100% agree
