- allegedly made the recordings on several occasions, including about 10.30pm at night on December 28 last year.
- allegedly recorded in May 2018 lasted an hour and 17 minutes
- alleged recording the next morning lasted just eight minutes.
- alleged recording at Parramatta, on November 3, 2017, is of a phone call from police headquarters.

- all of the alleged recordings involved Mr Savage.

William Tyrrell exclusive: Paul Savage at centre of allegations against Gary Jubelin | Daily Mail Online

I bet the call at 10.30 pm started with ‘I can’t sleep, can you?’ :D

Mr Savage was dismissive when called by Daily Mail Australia on Friday: 'Nothing to be said about it mate.'

It sure would be interesting to hear what those convos were about.

William Tyrrell’s biological father could be granted a one-off payment so he can continue to attend the inquest into his son’s disappearance when the hearings move to the NSW mid-north coast town of Taree.

In miserable scenes in Sydney yesterday, it was revealed that William’s father has no ability to pay for a week’s accommodation in a motel in Taree, where much of the important evidence will be heard.

“But that is not acceptable,” said Deputy State Coroner Harriet Grahame.

“A solution should be found, to enable him to attend.”

They have not seen his sister — their daughter — since the day he disappeared.

From the public gallery, came the words: “I’ll pay.”

It was William’s foster mother, who has told police William was out of her sight for no more than five minutes on the day of his disappearance, on September 12, 2014. William’s biological parents fought to stay involved in his life when he was taken into state care when he was nine months old, and again when he went missing.

They were told not to attend the search for him. They did not receive a single briefing on the police operation to find him.

They have not seen his sister — their daughter — since the day he disappeared.

When the inquest into their son’s disappearance was announced, they were told they would not need a lawyer, and found themselves being cross-examined without one.

NSW Legal Aid stepped in, and the father is now represented by Michelle Swift, who rose to inform the coroner yesterday that he could not afford to attend the hearing in Taree. He will need at least five nights’ accommodation. He has attended the inquest every day it has been sitting in Sydney, sitting with head bowed in the front row.

William’s foster mother, who has also been present every day, immediately offered to pay but Ms Grahame said FaCS, the state agency that technically manages his care status, should be prevailed upon.

RSBM

I am not sure that the 5 years is FACS doing. From what BGM has reportedly said it seems that BD has great problems, and (she) was looking for someone to fund help for him.
BD also did not see the daughter for 2 years prior to William's disappearance.

Can't force any bio father to see his children on a regular (or any) basis. Especially if the bio father is not in a stable place, mentally.

It suggests to me that BD was more interested in his son than in his daughter.

By the way, apparently the podcast said BD went to McDonald's ("for hotcakes") at midnight the night before William's disappearance. Does anyone know, is that the same trip as his morning visit to McDonald's, or did he go twice?

From memory he only went early in the morning, ie one visit IMO

I think a fair bit of evidence in Taree might be closed court, which is good for a few reasons ;)

That's good to hear. People need to feel unafraid of giving testimony at the inquest.
Agree, but it begs the question - who or what are they afraid of. Except of course the ladies who were the little girls in BS historical charges - anonymity for people like them is totally understandable. IMO.

That episode is up and I have been told it is a very accurate description of the points raised at William’s inquest this week.

It also seemed to stress that there was hope William was still alive. I didn’t get that impression listening to the report from the inquest in the latest Where’s William Tyrrell? podcast. But maybe I’m a pessimist.
Wouldn't it be just amazing if he is still alive!!!???
