And they also eat fush and chups.
My partner is a Kiwi,we do speak differenty,I get telling him to speak English lol.
Im waiting for BS and MS to speak next week,in saying that after all the riff raff that has come out of the woodwork BS is slipping down my "You did it' meter"....but still not convinced he is not involved.

It would also be interesting to know if he worked at the servo on the Thursday 11th - the evening shift??? Giving him “reason” to have been sleeping in his van that night making him possibly there Friday morning???

If he arrived with SES personnel in a car in time for the 4pm briefing , and given that he usually worked the afternoon shift.... it is also likely that he did not work that day ... (at the Servo)
as he stated in inquest that the search was from approx 4pm till midnight... “he was exhausted” and was working the next day.. so possibility he did work the afternoon shift on the Sunday at the servo...

Have they asked the SES personnel with whom he arrived in the car for the search , where they picked him up from?? And what time did they arrange to pick him up ??

Thinking behind this ... or possible theory if you like..... ?? if he was in Kendall Friday morning, and was back in Taree by the afternoon to be picked to arrive at 4pm there are 4hours between roughly 11am and 3pm ... . plenty of time

Just MO thoughts and questions... no accusations..
I had that same question earlier, did he work the Thursday.

I am wondering what the link is in the first place to even have this fellow on the suspect list in the WT case. They searched his van, but I don't remember reading that they had found anything relative to the case? He was part of the search party, but that was after the disappearance took place. He had a white van, but it seems the focus has thus far been on these 3 vehicles seen by FFC, none of which is a white van. He has sex convictions, but not with minors, and nothing has been noted to say he has pedophilic tendencies. It seems a stretch to me if they have him under suspicion just because i)he's odd; ii)he's known to sleep in his van if working in the area; iii)he participated as an official searcher in the search; iv)he drove a white van (which as far as we've been told, a white van hasn't been suggested as a vehicle of interest(?); v)he has sex convictions of a homosexual nature with young adult developmentally-delayed victims. Did I miss something?

I suppose that since most of the week's testimony was under pub-ban, we may have missed most of this discussion?

Does anyone remember the photo of the man mentioned in this article:
Photo of man with folded arms emerges in William Tyrell search | Daily Mail Online
I'm trying to find the photo. Just thinkinv it would be interesting now knowing a few more faces.
That article once contained the pic of the 'man with folded arms' (see comments noting the pic had a blurred face), but that pic is now absent; it had been explained that the man wasn't under suspicion. I think it would be against TOS to post it now?

ETA: That said, if you do a search for 'man with the folded arms william tyrrell investigation', it does come up if you look at 'images' (as opposed to news links)

I can see why he is being looked at,he is a sex offender who was in the area at the time,I think he is being singled out for a reason,I think its part of a bigger thing and he is somehow involved.

Thank you :)
I was not sure of the outcome of the pic before now.
Thought it would have been interesting if it turned out to be one of the POIs who have testified.

Unfortunately, all we have been told at the moment is

...... in 2014 Donohoe worked three to five shifts a week including Friday and Saturday nights or evenings.
‘Creepy’ sex offender lived minutes away

It is not as though the service station is an all nighter or even a mid - nighter.
Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm. Saturday 7am to 9pm and Sunday 7am to 8pm.

Not sure what would be classed as night shift.

IMO, the fact that he refused to talk during the interview is extremely suspicious. Especially because on the day he was allegedly helping in the SES search...
Them showing this footage in court is very significant.
IMOO

Also significantly, in the taped interview the Detective uses the words “murder investigation” along with the standard “disappearance”..., as for so long the Police have had the mantra of abduction and William still being alive ... as per latest CO podcast...

Also not quite so mentally challenged as he is making out to be ... MOO .... smart enough to engage his own lawyer for the inquest .... smart enough to attach and email the Police his alleged timesheets... etc ..

Wasn't it said that this Donohoe fellow was also somewhat developmentally challenged? That could explain some of these oddities? His lawyer had clearly advised him to remain silent during any police questioning.. which the man took with extreme literalism, I mean.. who would refuse to even confirm their name? A person of perhaps more normal intelligence might confirm the obvious basics, and then simply keep repeating 'my lawyer has advised me not to answer questions', or something to that effect.

Donohoe claims to have a cognitive impairment. Which is said to affect memory, learning new things, concentrating, or making decisions that affect everyday life. He seems to have had a disability support person in the silent police interview, so I guess it is a documented impairment.

Like you, I think there must be more to his inquest involvement than being a creepy adult sex offender who sometimes slept in his van nearby. The police were able to obtain a search warrant on his personal possessions.

I too see why Ruby. For the same reason as you mentioned. Highly suspicious for someone like him to just happen to be in that area.
Apart from the FFC's and maybe a few other's mentions of cars seen in the area, we do not know what other information or 'tip offs' the police had received.
