Jubes did say that, someone tipped the media off......maybe his neighbour Dean Pollard ( just remembered his name ) who completely changed his evidence?? IMO.....something is seriously off with him IMO

It also could be a grunt in the police force wanting a spotters fee.

Thanks for your comments drsleuth.. why no court tomorrow?? There are only 4 more days left, and one of them (tomorrow) is a no-go??

Because Bill & Marg evidence didn't take as long as they thought & they have to bring down witnesses from Taree that we didn't hear last week:mad: & they are booked for wednesday.....very organised hey ;).....good to see our tax dollars being used wisely :D:D:D:D:D:p

I recall one of the media (was it Caroline Overington?) recently saying ... we don't just follow them around all the time, we are tipped off ... and insinuating it was by the police. IIRC

Has anyone read if Jubes was there today? I think that would say a lot.

I am so disappointed with the inquest so far, cant believe at most three days left, and we have learned so little, unless there has been something hugely revealing in closed court, I feel the case is never going to be solved now.

Haha ... I bet it was! :D

I find it really interesting hearing what people Jubes has made a point of going to hear testify, and those that he hasn't.

There will be alot more than 3 days left, a ?week back at Taree is being organised for beginning of Nov. A week starting 11/11 has been put aside in Lidcome also & I doubt that will even be enough time IMO

I think they are zeroing in on someone ......

It just might not be who we/I initially thought it would be.

Thanx madoodi. Why would he say the laundry was seperate to the house unless there was another washing machine down in the garage.

Was it BS who fixed the machine or someone else doing work for him.

I never said he is responsible, I was merely stating that a receipt in isolation will not in itself prove anything, unless corroborated with other evidence.

He actually had the receipt from the cafe and the corresponding eftpos receipt from their account.

Mr Chapman will be one of the witnesses on wednesday, I'm looking forward to his evidence.

Nope, he was supposed to be in Taree.

Yes, that is going to be very interesting. I wonder how far they will be able to take his testimony. It sounds as if he was the only witness to the child in the spiderman suit in the 4WD.

Can’t be blamed for that, the media did lead us straight to one particular public poi the whole time .

There is a copy of those in this article. I have had no trouble opening it. Hope it is not paywalled.
I does give the christian name of the person who served.
