No, because it is not an automatic time correction, like your cell phone does when you switch time zones.Can someone explain to me, how the minutes and seconds on the time stamp are different on Williams last photo??
I still don't understand that aspect.
If it was a timezone issue , wouldn't it just have been 7:39:54 am to 9:39:54am??
It was a digital camera, and it was set manually. So you have to change the time using the hours and minutes dials. So it could easily end up 70 seconds off.
Example---you look at the time on your phone, and then begin setting the new time on the camera. If it takes a minute or so to reset the time, then it would be a minute or more off.
