Just jumping off your post, bearbear!! Your scenario is definitely plausible! :) There were a couple of articles I read that said William appeared several times from around the side of the house with a cheeky/mischievous grin on his face (something along those lines) and I'm wondering if the perp was acting like they were in on the game of hide 'n seek, to gain Williams trust! Could be why lil William was reappearing with a cheeky/mischievous grin on his face--like, hehe, I know something you guys don't know (somebody is here *around the side of the house* with me). Something like that!

especially if he was "spidermans friend"

May have been mentioned before but what if WT got in POIs van and POI didn't know until too late?

  • #544
Is it just me who thinks it's kind of fun that the POI's initials are BS?

I have sometimes wondered if William would have been returned very soon after his abduction if he wasn't discovered missing so very quickly, and people were not running up and down the street calling for him, with police everywhere looking for him, and the whole town mobilised so quickly. I have sometimes wondered if the opportunistic intention was not to keep him, or dispose of him, but to use him then let him go quite quickly.

wow, good thinking. That is very possible. I used to work in a high school and there were many times that a student got into trouble, that started the way you describe. Like they just were going to look at someone's cell phone, then everyone started looking for it, so they hid it and took it so no one would know they were reading the texts, etc. Suddenly they are being expelled for theft.

I do have an easier time accepting that he might lure his little victim into the van, after seeing a sudden opportunity. Then having no choice but to act rashly and impulsively when he hears everyone calling the boys name.

Seems a bit of a coincidence that he climbs into a car of someone very sinister/connected to someone sinister? Otherwise the whole thing was a huge accident in which case why wouldn't BS come forward?

But the person of interest said he was not at the grandmothers home.

Sorry, but do we actually know anything sinister about these people?

Sure some of them are on the lower social-economic scale and some interesting profiles, but that's it as far as I can see (potential WT-connections aside).

True. My point was more if he's deliberately or accidentally gotten himself involved, he'd be considered sinister regardless, no?

So is it "a coincidence that he climbs into a car of someone very sinister"?

Well that's a Catch 22 :)

"A coincidence that he climbs into a car of someone with very sinister intentions"

Or

He's sinister (complicit probably more accurate) if he knows anything at all and hasn't come forward

msm followed badenclay everywhere too when he was a poi, cant remember did they return allisons vehicle with the blood in or keep it for the trial?

Police impounded two cars belonging to Baden Clay. One of the cars was released back to GBC after nothing was found. The other car with the blood in it was held until the trial.

OK I understand what you are saying.

Im just saying BS being sinister depends entirely on WT being murdered by BS... as apposed to being accidentally killed, or taken by someone else.

So outside of a possible WT connection, BS is not sinister as far as we know. Although granted the media has pretty much convicted him of being a creep, for very loose reasons.

I wonder if any of the forensic testing of the mobile phone they took a few weeks ago pinpointed locations that BS had been on the day William disappeared? And if that has anything to do with the current search.

In my opinion I think a lot of it revolves around multiple forensic tests...most of which can take around 6 - 8 weeks for results.

BS became a person of interest how many weeks ago??.......

It'd be interesting to see what legal support he would have if he is completely innocent because the media has pretty much finished his reputation

It was around January 20, from memory. 6 weeks ago. Glad I'm not the only one thinking along these lines.
