The sighting was erroneously reported. The witness didn't say they saw S.P's van, that saw a white van. This has been clarified.

The phone was sent to telecommunication experts. It was proven that the call wasn't logged on SP's phone because he was on the phone to somebody else at the time.

Red herrings everywhere, IMO

I was responding to a post that said Spedding was under investigation (about William) because they thought he is a pedo. I was simply stating the reasons - as per MSM link - for Spedding being investigated.

It is helpful to read posts in context. imo

IMO I have been speculating that FFC could have taken WT for a drive in FGM's car without telling FGM or FD and something happened on the way.
But wasn’t there cctv of him in his own car ?

  • #303
Do we know where the FGM's car was parked - in the lock up garage or under the open carport. I could see the boy running to the carport area quite easily from the back porch going left to the carport rather than right down the hill. If you walk through the open carport - are you not at the back porch area?? Not sure. Could W have hopped inside FGM's car and FFC hopped in to give him a stern talking to - and this esculated and resulted in her grabbing him around the collar in temper. So strangulation - no one would have heard anything. MOO.

I wonder what the FGM looks like?
Not a plump woman with blonde hair

There doesn't have to be motive.

Inexplicable deaths, accidents, domestic abuse, anger outbursts, breakdowns happen every day of the week sadly.

moo
I asked that because he had said 'she has motive, means and opportunity.'

I agree that people have outbursts and breakdowns etc....but this case didn't seem to have that on this particular morning. How did FM go from sitting on the deck with her mother and 2 young children, drawing pictures for her deceased father's grave---to suddenly killing a 3 yr old who had been happily playing Daddy Tiger games?

That is what I don't understand. She wasn't drunk or high on ice. She wasn't in the middle of a family argument that had gotten heated. It was 10 am and her entire family was sitting around her, her husband just minutes away.

What happened that could be a motive for her to murder a 3 yr old baby? Or even the trigger for her to do so? I am just not seeing it.

When they have mention FFC and MFC going for a drive - that is pointess - no specific destination - they could be passing letters with information to each other or even writing something down which is not picked up by the bugging device. MOO

Well, it is somewhat speculative, as they have even admitted as much.

They dont know for sure what happened to him---their 'theory' is that he fell from the balcony. That is speculation on their part---no witnesses for such a fall.

And they don't know where his body is for sure. Otherwise they wouldn't be searching 5 different places.

The “balcony fall” could be strategic. Give her an out to confess. Like when detectives suggested to Chris Watts that maybe Shanann killed the kids.. they didn’t actually believe that’s what happened at all.

The problem katy with what your saying is you have to buy the narrative...because thats when it doesnt make sense.

Who said everything was hunky dory that morning???

FM.

There was a Daily Mail headline last week about the "96 minutes" that hold the answer to Williams disappearance. I don't understand where they get 96 minutes from?

9.37am famous picture of William in Spiderman outfit on FGM verandah.
10.56am FM call to 000 to report William missing.

This is only 79 minutes and during these 79 minutes the following supposedly happened. Here is my best attempt at a possible timeline:

9.37am famous picture of William in Spiderman outfit on FGM verandah.
William and his sister finish drawing/playing on Verandah. Can we estimate this time as 9.45am?
William puts his shoes on?
William and his sister ride bikes out the front of FGM house on Bennaroon Drive.
William and his sister finish riding bikes and return to house. Can we estimate 10.00am?
William was encouraged to climb tree but was scared etc?
William is roaring around the house playing Daddy Tiger jumping out of his skin?
FM makes a cup of tea and suddenly realises that she cant hear William any more.
FM and FGM look for William in the yard and cant find him.
FM gets into FGM car and drives down to current search site near riding school. Can we estimate this is at 10.20am?
FM gets back to FGM house at approx. 10.30am? FGM and Williams sister wait at home during FM car search?
FF arrives back at FGM house to discover William missing at approx. 10.35am?
FF, FM and FGM search for William for approx. 20 minutes
10.56am FM call to 000 to report William missing.

William must have been missing for a minimum 30 minutes and a maximum 50-60 minutes when the 000 call is made.

Police must have strong belief that something is suspicious with the drive that FM took in FGM car. Otherwise they believe the window was bigger and something is not right with the timestamp on the camera? If this is the case then the FF leaving house for at least 90 minutes takes on a lot more significance IMO?

Please feel free to correct anything in my timeline if wrong.

If you take out the picture (given created/corrected time and fact is was provided by a PoI), last official proof of life is the evening before at McDonalds, Raymond Terrace.

NSW's top police officer says it could take "weeks and weeks" to sift through the 15 tonnes of soil removed as part of the search for William Tyrrell's remains on the Mid-North Coast.

. . .

"If you think about 15 tonnes of soil being moved into a clandestine lab, there could be weeks and weeks of searching through that before we have any answers," Commissioner Fuller said.

A 'clandestine' lab? Sounds like a meth production location.

IIRC, the police said they're searching 3 specific areas, not 5.

They could be searching one area for a murder weapon, also. Bodies aren't usually placed near the weapon, if there is one.

Also it's more than likely that the body was moved, IMO so that's at least two search areas for the body alone.

They've also sent 15 tonnes of dirt to a lab, so it looks like they might have a pretty good idea where the body was or is. IMO

The 5 places I was referring to were the garden area, under the concrete in the garage, the pond that was being pumped, and the 2 sides of Batar Creek Road.

A weapon? So now we think she shot him or stabbed him? I hadn't heard that part yet.

She said he was only meters away, but she drives all the way to the pony club to look for a child that is only meters away away from her on her mother's property, it opens up a time frame of no alibi, and I think at this stage we may not know the order of events as to what stage in the search for WT did she hav no alibi driving to the pony school, everyone's statement is a little different, the tea is still warm after all this time
Yes and what gets me is why would you drive all that way to look for a child that you’ve said ‘doesn’t wander off’…
Also who makes a cup of tea when your child is missing. If my kid went missing I wouldn’t be sitting around making a cup of tea that’s for sure! I wonder if there was anything else added to that tea (eg a stiff drink).

No it isn't, I said that in my previous post about it! The one where I said I assumed the police had checked the paper in the photo, to confirm it against MFC's alibi and so I was hoping to find that info somewhere!

drsleuth, who was at the inquest, has reported to us that FGM was reading an old newspaper.

I giggled at 'clandestine' . It's all very inspector gadget

Is this talk of fm having a second phone fact or here say / rumour

No, it is not fact. MSM reported that they were looking into the possibility of her having another phone.

imo

B.S has been cleared of any wrongdoing in this case and any historic allegations ... Surprised that people are still bringing up the B.S narrative when he's been completely cleared of any wrongdoing and is literally suing the police because of malicious prosecution.

Whatever ends up happening, there have been so many miscarriages of justice in multiple government agencies. Amazing that basically a 3-year-old boy is responsible for exposing so many ills in the system. I hope more people start paying attention.

In just about every missing child case, one or more of the family goes searching by car in the immediate aftermath.

CS’s parents both got in the car and drove around when she first was found to be missing. Does that make them look guilty?

Cops, especially at Commissioner level, ought to be more careful in their choice of words.

The problem isn't that she went searching in the car. The Problem is that she didn't tell police or anyone else that she went searching in the car. IMO

Watching this video is what makes me defend the foster family until more solid info is known. It feels like the same kind of thing is happening to them here. JMO
