We have been advised by mods in the past that when drsleuth (or any member who legitimately attended the inquest) can post about their experiences and opinions of what happened at the inquest. And we can take it or leave it.

Thanks SA. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately hearsay isn't good enough evidence but I appreciate those at the inquest sharing their opinions.

Big media presence outside the local court this morning.

Thanks for this. IMO <modsnip>
There are no clear photos of the cards they were making. They were out of focus images of grandma's feet, FD in background, and Willam close up. Sound alike another example of when she says something to frame herself as an amazing mother and or using extremely dramatic emotional language and themes so she can't be questioned without the questioner looking like a ruthless person for asking .

"Making cards for Opas grave". How can you challenge that without being seen as insensitive?

IMO only

Because there are no clear images of the cards, doesn't mean they weren't cards for Opa's grave. Presumably, the police would have seen those cards.

Perhaps she would have taken further photos, once the cards had been placed on Opa's grave.

imo

Thanks for this. IMO yet another clearly obvious lie from FM.

FD in the background?? He wasn't there when the photo was taken. His movements have been checked & checked out. He was probably on his conference call when those photos were being taken.

His car was seen on CCTV , his conference call was confirmed, his pharmacy trip was confirmed, his buying the paper was confirmed & him sending the 10:30 text was confirmed.

True, I look at it that someone else who attended may have a different interpretation so at the end of the day it is opinion.

Just a thought. Maybe LE didn't question because the FFC already stated what W was looking at. I am only guessing. I have a friend who is a professional photographer who says she has to get into some really awkward positions to take photos but I am now wondering why the FFC was in an odd position to get W to look up . Wondering maybe the MFC asked the FFC to get him to look that particular way because the MFC wanted an certain look ? I don't know. I have noticed while watching other LE interview/question POI or suspects ( not just related to W case ) the interviewee will sometimes add details that might appear irrelevant. I agree its interesting.

Could probably work out the height of the 'mystery' person based on the angle of WTs eyes. Could also recreate this shot quite successfully to give a truer indication of time the photo was likely to have been taken.

Foster daughter. FD = foster daughter.

According to his phone he left at 9.30, 7 minutes prior to infamous photo.

Yes, and it is quite clear when it is evidence that our inquest-attenders speak about, and when it is an impression that they formed about any certain aspect.

Our inquest attenders have been fabulous about sharing honestly and succinctly. imo

I can distinctly remember watching this interview when it first aired and thinking that FM must be reading WS. Her attempt at explaining some of the finer details such as the photo angle was something that had been fiercely sleuthed by us all BEFORE the interview came out. Maybe that’s the reason she felt she had to justify some of those points. MOO

"William Tyrrell's foster parents will face a Sydney court this afternoon, accused of assaulting a different child. They will not appear in person. The charges are seperate from the investigation into William's disappearance."

Foster daughter. FD = foster daughter.

Many of us (including myself) call the MFC 'FD'. And the daughter 'William's sister' or 'Lindsay'.

Speaking to Sunrise on Tuesday, Police Minister David Elliot assured viewers that investigators wouldn’t be back in Kendall unless they thought there was something there that could help with the investigation.

“They wouldn’t be there unless they thought there were new and fresh leads,” he told the program.

“I think that is the expectation for the people of NSW, and for Australia, that police go to the nth degree and they don’t stop until they know that every opportunity of finding evidence is exhausted.”

More than seven years have passed since William vanished, with Mr Elliott saying police understand any potential evidence they collect will need to be looked at “through the prism of time”.

She was probably quite aware of all of the horrible things that were being said on SM. Remember, they were also receiving actual harrassment (which someone was later charged for).

Or LT.

FD is generally Foster Dad or MFC or FF (which is also rarely used for Foster Family) in this here thread parts.

So many abbreviations!

Regardless, it's hearsay and memory fades. Etc. It's opinion.

drsleuth has mentioned many times how tattered all of their inquest notes are becoming. Thankfully they are still very readable.

FM.

A previous poster said that she can't see how factitious disorder could apply because FM hasn't gotten sympathy.
Please don't 'misquote' me---;)---I never said 'she hasn't gotten sympathy.'
I asked if people with Munhuasen prefer to stay anonymous; in all cases I have seen, they have craved publicity and have not been anonymous.
