Police estimated William vanished between 10.05am and 10.20am. William Tyrrell: Inside 96 minutes which could hold answer what REALLY happened to missing toddler | Daily Mail Online - Driving along Batar Road - in of itself is not suspicious - maybe even having to drive further than FFC might have originally planned due to it being a narrow road and having to safely turn around. But if the drive doesn't tie into the timeline - of events then - its questionable about it possible being done earlier prior to 10.05 - which then changes the whole timeline.
That hasn't really been cleared up for me - I'm fine with the drive and why - just not able to see how its possible with the timeline of other things going on and the MFC returning at 10.35. MOO

Yes I remember reading about
I have been a Websleuths member for many years, and reading many of the great posts on the missing WT case since this latest search 11 days ago.
In doing some of my own research elsewhere on the internet, I stumbled upon a video by the Police Officer who attended in response to the FM's triple-zero call; he was there very quickly (I think he said within 4 minutes of being contacted to go there) because he was close by. I can imagine that his quick arrival would have been a surprise. In the video, I think that I remember seeing that the Police Officer said that he encountered the Foster Father inside the house, and he was in a distraught state.

Would someone be kind enough to post a link to that video?
Also, would appreciate if a link to the video of the Detective interviewing the Foster Father?

Thank you

Yes I remember reading about this in beginning.
The first police officer who responded, notice the mfc in the bathroom sobbing.

BBM. But they are not particularly narrow roads, they are part of a modern housing estate. Not like old country roads.

Really appreciated your help on this info. Would that mean the Batar Creek Road property was privately owned and they perhaps allowed RDA to use a couple of paddocks? Looks to me to be a fairly large property.

Just trying to figure out why part of this search campaign has moved onto the property. I am thinking that something may have been discovered lying on top of the ground if there had been earthworks on that property for any reason. Fencing maybe? Harrow field work to replenish paddock grass?

Looked like a pretty reasonable road when I did a nice slow drive using Google Earth's street view. But that doesn't show what it was like in 2014. If I take Google Earth Satellite view back a few years the road appears to have been about the same width.

Does anyone know if in 2014 the road was part of an established truck route? Were the forested areas on the southern outskirt of Kendall/Batar Creek subjected to logging operations in 2014? If so, would those logs have been transported to the Heron Creek mill?

Local cop Chris Rowley was 4Km away when the call came over the radio. He was first on the scene.

Interesting choice of movie! have to admit I have thought of PS and all the other neighbours during this new search, they must all bé hoping for a resolution. Moo

I can't see any movie named in the link within the message you replied to.

I feel so saddened by what all the residents of this lovely spot have been through, especially those residents like Mr Savage that have literally had their life's purpose and peaceful existence taken from them. I just thank heaven that Mr Savage's wife had passed on before Gary Jubelin honed in on him. I have no doubt her medical condition would have deteriorated at speed if she was alive at that time.

IMO opinion I think the drive down Batar Creek Road occurred after FFC had search inside the house, and around the garden, then she did the drive. came back, then made contact with neighbours, searched more, after discussion with Sharpley near the Bus Stop made the 000 call. all IMO

In multiple interviews (60 minutes, 2GB, podcasts) it’s not mentioned in FM’s timeline. In many versions she gives, it was only minutes between the time FFC noticed him missing and MFC arriving home. In MFC’s walk through with police, he told police FFC approached him and said “he was here five minutes ago, he was here five minutes ago”. In the 000 call at 10.56 am she states they been looking for 15-20 minutes, and agrees he went missing at about 10.30, MFC arrived home at 10.35. If she had time to go for drive, she’s lied repeatedly about the whole timeline. Both at the time he went missing, and in multiple interviews in the following years. IMO.

I cant imagine that the roads would have been much different in 2014. It was a relatively new estate. It would have been kerbed and guttered to sell blocks off.

Sorry not making myself clear = The roads are reasonable roads - but the Corner of Cobb and Co and Batar Roads might be a more convenient spot to turn around especially if there are trucks known to drive in this area. Just trying to work out why drive to there and not before or further according to FFC account of the drive. IMO. Its only relevant to me if its possible within the timeline of events that occured that morning.

from the little snippets weve seen from msm, the ffs new place doesnt look as expensive as the house they sold, unless theyre renting until they find something else, not sure if they bought this new place, but just wondering if they could have been given a heads up to save money for a legal battle?

Can you please advise which video on the youtube link is connected to Chris Rowley? If you open the relevant video and copy the link and post on WS would be very helpful. At the moment your link just opens to Richie Swan's great archive. There are 39 choices on that link.

I thought that too, not it matters. It also depends on where it is, though. Walking distance to the beach or great harbour views increase the price massively.

Yes, I had also noticed that the front of the house doesn't exactly suggest grandeur, although the worst house in the best street can still be worth a small fortune.

Could indeed be a rental until the smoke settles, so to speak.

Batar Creek Road is not a relatively estate is it? Benaroon Drive and Ellendale Crescent are part of what I would refer to as an 'estate'.
