Looking at Arthur A, he was an alienated person. He had trouble fitting in. He is likely to be an injustice collector/wound collector, like seen in other mass killers. Think Charles Whitman, Eric Harris, Seung-Hui Cho, Adam Lanza, Elliot Rodger, Christopher Harper-Mercer, Nikolas Cruz, and Salvador Ramos.
