Avatar Problem

I was trying to upload my Christmas avatar and got this message:

That doesn"t make sense to me.

Hmmm , , , looks like I'm having a bizarre double thread problem, too. I think it's caused by this tiny little computer I'm typing on. I can't see, my fingernails are typing different letters than my fingers, and the cursor keeps flying around everywhere.
