Has LE requested her social media records? Who she was in contact through Internet messaging? KIKing is so common these days for kids who don't know each other and you can't tell by their Internet profiles who they really are. There are all kinds of predators out there and I recently read the results of a noted psychiatrist who did a study of inmates who had been convicted of rape/murder. He concluded that with the information he had gathered in the study....he would be terrified to be a woman.

Those are not very good stats, gee. Cool site btw, my city is not as safe as I thought. 47%

O/T
When I was quite a bit younger BF and I went traveling and living on the road. We planned on eventually landing in Phoenix. We spent a couple days there and I could not find the backbone to melt into that pot. I was scared of the huge, diverse population. We stayed in Tempe for the most part during that visit and headed out to Tuscon, where he had friends. That didn't last either.

Back to the party; 40?
That is a large group of party goers and it's likely possible an opportunistic bad guy was attending. Friends of friends of friends. I hope LE gets to interview every last person in attendance.

jmo

Thing is Pooley stated that LE believes they have interviewed most of the people at the party that night and have no leads.

"Pooley said they've identified most of the partygoers that night, but don't have much to go on."

^^^^ this is frustrating.

Also Pooley is hoping a jogger or someone saw something:

"That's a good time of day people are out, jogging, walking their dogs, riding their bikes. We're hoping someone saw something," Pooley said."

No, I agree with you 100%.

But I think there are certain WS members who believe that a nefarious group may have had a hand in this, and that people are afraid to come forward with information. I disagree. I think it was someone who saw an opportunity and took it. Not a group. Gang violence is against rivals, unless it's an initiation. It tends to be gun violence, not random abductions.

I agree! I think it was a crime of opportunity. Adrienne IMHO was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

And most definitely with the wrong person/persons.

Yes. Pooley stated early in the investigation that LE were looking at her phone records (did not say they had phone, just records), email, and social networking/profiles for information.

Goblinsolo....it's horrible that anyone would refer to Adrienne's disappearance as a 'false flag' just so LE could go searching houses busting pot smokers, etc. These are likely the same people who call the Bostin bombing a false flag operation! Unreal to politicize a young girls tragic disappearance!

I've been wondering if she was put into a car anywhere? In the trunk.

I'm worried about the car being abandoned on the Gila reservation. This is just a premonition I've been fighting - a vision of sorts.

I wish they would just regularly walk SAR cadaver dogs around in general every day up and down roads to look for bodies that might be hidden from plain view.

But that would be too much to ask. I guess. I'm sure the dogs would love the work. SAR dogs are so loyal to their jobs it's adorable.

This case reminds me so much of Lauren Spierer's case in that we have all the usual suspects - party goers, a BF, surveillance cams that don't seem to help, and the always present odd chance it was something random. All that's missing is to throw in some discussion about drug dealers, or that she might have simply fallen into a construction pit and wasn't seen....
One thing different here is, don't see anyone lawyered up at this point, CMIIW

Hi OldSteve! There has been some discussion on both threads regarding drugs and drug dealers on both this and the locked thread. Also the possibility of a Cartel kidnapping.

Things that once seemed far fetched are beginning to appear more plausible, even it its still a stretch. At this point no possibility or theory should be overlooked or discounted.

We simply don't know! But....I somehow feel deep down that something is about to break. I have a hunch, based on nothing but my gut, that we are going to know something on Monday.

Someone knows something and they are about to come forward.

Just my opinion and the truth is that I have very good ESP.

2Hip...I hope and pray you are wrong, even though I know this is a possibility.

I just wish we knew more about Adrienne and her habits, friends, interests, etc.
other than what we have found out for ourselves on social media. Why haven't we been given any of this information? Why hasn't the media interviewed any of her neighbors, c-workers, schoolmates, etc?

This is our community too and we deserve to know more than we know.

I'm thinking of contacting our State Representative. We need someone on our side that can move this thing along!!!

To SoSueMe (the mod who edited my photo yesterday).

Thanks so much! I put that photo up and then left my house and desktop. Then in my phone I couldn't edit it. So happy you did it! 😊

I agree Cluciano! I was reading some interesting reports comparing Rocky Point and Phoenix safety. Many people state they feel Phoenix is far more dangerous than Rocky Point. I actually feel safer in RP than I do in 'the avenues' in West Phoenix'.

But I wonder....just how safe is it ANYWHERE for a beautiful young woman to go wandering around alone at 4 and 5 in the morning, alone.

It's sad but true... I live in a very safe neighborhood, but you wouldn't catch me wandering around at that time of the morning on my own. An old room mate of mine would constantly walk places by herself at night, and I would always get annoyed with her and tell her it's not safe, but some people don't seem to realize that it only takes ONE person for something to go wrong, and these days it doesn't seem you can trust anyone.

One of my friends was actually attacked while she was out on her morning jog a couple of months ago. It was around 5:30am on a busy road, in a neighborhood that really isn't THAT dangerous, but these creeps can be anywhere. Thankfully she got away unharmed, but it just goes to show that nowhere is really 'safe' anymore.

I think I'm still leaning towards a random attack on this one, but at this stage it could still go either way.

I don't get it. If they are not solving these cases, why aren't they asking the public for help? I think LE waits far too long to release details in MP cases, if they ever do. Maybe it is just the natural secrecy of LE but it does not serve the public well in these cases.

True! And I'm not so sure it serves the victims well either!

I know what you mean about girls taking it for granted they are safe. Only recently a guy was arrested for attempted kidnapping in North Scottsdale, an upscale area most would consider to be safe. He had tried to kidnap a young jogger in broad daylight. She managed to escape but got a good enough look to give the police artist a description that they put out on media and Internet sites. He was arrested the same day. 8 other women called in to say he had tried the same with them. I actually spoke with the detective handling the case. I prefer not to disclose why. He indicated frustration to me over the judicial system that lets these guys out on bond right away.

There was wasn't much coverage on it. They reported that he gave 'stress' as a reason for his actions. I saw his Twitter account and YouTube account. He was obviously looking for victims!

After a few days of info there was no more info. :(

Public Hysteria ... Don't know why the quote didn't show up but my last post was in response to your last post!

An observation. I find this puzzling and wonder what your take on it is. There have been lots of reports about the Sun Tattoo back by her ear. But I haven't seen one single report of a more visible tattoo on her hand just above her thumb and forefinger. A tattoo of a red rose.

I find this omission by LE and friends and family very odd.

My friends attempted attack was not publicized at all, in fact, if I didn't know her I wouldn't have any idea that this sort of thing had happened so close to home. She reported it to the police but they never found the guy, which is why I'm so surprised that there was absolutely nothing in the news about it. Surely people have the right to know when someone like this is hanging around their neighborhood, especially considering it's quite common for people to be out jogging or walking their dogs at this time of the morning. I often wonder how many others he has tried to attack, that haven't reported it to LE.

Is it possible that LE have a fair idea of what has happened to Adrienne, but they don't have enough to go on at this stage to make an arrest? I sure hope so, because it really feels like this case is starting to go cold already. How is local LE's track record in solving cases like this? Do they have much experience with things like this?

Another thing I've been thinking - this may not be directly linked to gang activity, but what if whoever did something to her is part of a gang, which is why no one wants to come forward? It may not have been gang related as such, but would certainly explain why no one wants to come forward with any information. Is there a lot of gang activity in the area?

I find everything about this case odd. I'm putting it down to dodgy reporting and complete silence on LE's behalf. I don't like to say this, but could LE not be investigating this due to Adrienne's race? I've heard that AZ has a problem with illegal immigrants, and while Adrienne is not one of them, could this be effecting her case?

Forgive me if I'm way off on this, I don't live there so all I'm basing this on is hearsay.

From what I hear there is an abundance of gang activity and especially in the Hispanic community. This kind of crossed my mind when I thought of that rose tattoo they don't talk about.

Could it be gang related in some way?

I totally agree. :(

Glad your friend is ok btw! How scary!!!!
