For those of you who do not live in the Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale (Greater Phoenix Area):

We Phoenicians are VERY distraught over the disappearance of Adrienne. If we get emotional or seem overly frustrated, that is why. Some of us, like Goblin, have gone way out of our way to attempt to share with others exactly what the area is like and help others to get a feeling for how Adrienne might have felt those last few hours.

This has all been in an effort to help find her. I know so many of you have been here for years and you have differing opinions that may vary from ours. We, for the most part, are new to WS and so maybe we don't think just like you do because of our newness.

But we are trying our best to share our thoughts and our feelings and our theories, even though they may be different from yours.

We truly love this community and want to follow the rules and regulations that have been set forth and appreciate it when you remind us that we are violating, because we don't do it intentionally.

We live in this community in Arizona. We are invested in this community. We want to see Adrienne come home safely. And if not, we want to see the perpetrator/perpetrators caught and punished.

Forgive us for our zealousness. We truly don't mean to be that way.

Please allow us to post our feelings and our theories without you taking offense, provided they do not violate TOS or you in any way.

Thank you so much.

There was a post where someone googled cabs drivers in Scottsdale, or from Scottsdale on their I-phone and this company was the first result.

Yes that was me! :) it was the first on the list. All I typed was cab company and it must have picked up my location and that's the result I got

The FB page set-up for A is not really doing much, with less than 900 "likes". Other cases such as Jessica H., Dylan, and others have 10k-25k or more. Word is not spreading on this case as much as we see in others, even cases without a lot of media. Not sure why.

I amended the street name to: Rio Salado Parkway

If you have a link to the 911 call I will put it in there. I don't want to start putting quotes from media sources in there.

thx

Ok but I was just quoting from the most recent and seemingly viable report. All other facts were based on reports that we know. Don't know why this is any different.

The report I quoted and provided a link for went into specifics from the 911 caller - at least 3 paragraphs worth of detailed info we didn't have before. And it's the latest update. AND it's consistent with earlier reports.

"******Also in the police report*******is the report of a driver who spotted a white car similar to Salinas’ white 2002 Mercury Sable driving erratically behind her.
The driver told officers she first noticed the car on Hardy Drive following extremely close.
As the driver turned onto Rio Salado Parkway, the driver of the white car sped up and again was following too close.
The white car then sped up to about 65 mph and passed her. Shortly afterwards when the woman turned at Ash Avenue and Rio Salado Parkway, she saw a “large amount of smoke from the tires and dirt in the air." She told officers the car had hit a curb, but when she stopped to help, the driver of the white car sped off “on damaged tires.”

Article updated. Speaks of AS roommate getting on her bike to look for her. Read the whole thing please as it has been edited throughout (seems to be the common issue in this case)

A thought just popped in my head after reading this article. What if it was adrienne driving and at that point of the speeding she was being forced to drive somewhere and she was driving crazy so the cops were called so she could be saved. Is this a possibility

It's a great possibility IMO given how she was driving, but I wish we have more evidence at to whether or not she was the only person in the car :( maybe you can help find it? Your sleuthing today has been on point.

I doubt it, seeing how she went home and right back out again, this time on foot. Maybe if she had vanished right then, it would be a scenario.

We had this so knocked down last night and earlier today. I mean, a time line down to the minute and a highly plausible theory to boot - with known and reported information from law enforcement. A shame the attention keeps shifting back to an event that more than likely has little to nothing to do with anything, and everything in here seems to be getting muddied and misdirected again.

It's like yesterday's news never happened. JMO.

The NEWEST report based on the POLICE report states that AS roommate saw AS go into the house to make an overnight bag to go to her bf's. The latest report says that the same roommate did not see Salinas leave her apartment (after going to get an overnight bag) to get in her car and head to Scottsdale.

I understand it's frustrating that cases evolve and put us sometimes back at square one when we get more info, but it's just how it goes.

"Arteaga then showed officers his phone records showing that he made a call shortly afterwards to one of Salinas’ roommates to tell them she was walking home.

The roommate, Rebecca Flores, told officers she went looking for Salinas on her bike but didn’t find her.

When Flores returned to their apartment, she found Salinas and said she was “calmly upset” over the argument with Arteaga.

After the two spoke outside on the grass, Salinas went upstairs to her bedroom and packed a small bag, ***though Flores did not see her leave***

Police said Salinas’ roommates were concerned because she never leaves without her dog or making sure someone is caring for her dog."

When I read about how Adrienne was speeding so fast and tailgating the other driver, just driving so very erratically, it makes me think she was extremely intoxicated and very out of control. I don't think anyone else was in the car with her or forcing her to drive that way. I think her frame of mind was one of complete and total obsession with wanting to see the BF that night and that anything else was secondary, including her own safety. It's so very sad to think of how painful that night must have been for her. In her state of mind, there is no telling what she might have done. It doesn't sound like she was thinking rationally in any sense of the word.

I am so sad to think of what might have happened to Adrienne if she fell into the hands of a monster. And we all know there are monsters out there. I hope she didn't fall in the lake and drown. My only hope for Adrienne is that she did somehow just 'take off' and yet I know that really isn't very realistic any longer.

This is the problem with teens and drugs and alcohol! :( It wouldn't take much alcohol to severely impair a tiny 107 lb young woman, especially one with health problems and who might be on medications.

My heart bleeds for her parents and all of her family and friends.

This is a very dangerous world we live in and especially for young people.

That's not the newest report. That's a rehash of old reports. It has nothing about the girl being seen on camera, nor the information about the sedan that police are interested in. If folks want to keep going back to square one, that is their prerogative. But in light of NEW information that we have about OReillys and everything else, I choose to move forward.

I am not sure why you are pointing out that she was not seen leaving? We know she did leave.

:

But yesterdays news DID happen, Tonto!!!

4:52 am A slender woman was seen in the west parking lot of O'Reilly's Auto Parts on the surveillance cameras

4:54 am A dark 4 door sedan was seen heading northbound in the same parking lot 2 minutes later on the surveillance cameras

This is NEW information and we are not going to let it be forgotten!

We all know what we discussed today and why we cannot continue to discuss it 'at this time'. Most of us here arrived at the same conclusion.

I believe we were spot on and I am not going to forget it. Not for one minute.

Others can speculate all they want on other events that took place that night. If they think it is relevant that's okay. But I believe, like you do, that we have a pretty good grasp on what happened.

And it is not going to be forgotten. We, for the most part, are not going to start rehashing those things we have hashed and rehashed a thousand times.

I have a feeling that LE is closing in. I hope!

It's the only report that lists the police report as a source. To me that is significant. It was posted today and updated 3 hours ago.

I'm not saying the video isn't important, I'm saying this new info actually stated to be from the police report (that we haven't heard much of before actually!) is equally as important as no one has directly noted reporting based straight from the police report before.

And I'm sorry but the fact her good friend Did not see her leave the Apt to go to Scottsdale has not been reported before this.

I made many of the initial timelines that you based your timelines off of. I was. Not upset that you amended them according to newer information. In fact, I was excited. I realized that evidence and theories change with the more the story evolves according to media spins, misinformation, and other erroneous circumstances.

We CAN discuss theories regarding cab drivers. We just can't sleuth any cab drivers in particular, nor name names. The cabbie's story is absolutely a central piece to this puzzle, and is public and open to scrutiny - especially in light of the new information. The theories I posted earlier weren't deleted, nor were our deductions and discussion. The only things that were deleted were the pictures and, IIRC, the sleuthing about charges of a specific person who hasn't been named a POI, etc.

I completely understand, it's always harder when the missing is one of your own. I think it's important for every opinion to be heard, because the reality is that we have no idea where she is or what happened to cause her to go missing. Things can sometimes get tense, and people may get frustrated with each other and the different theories that may come up, but at the end of the day we're all here for the same reason. Whether new or old members, we're all here because we care, which I think is something pretty special.

I think that for those of us who have been here for a while it's hard to see cases like these, because we've seen too many times how they often end (or don't end, because sadly a lot go unsolved). And sometimes that clouds our judgement, because no matter how different the case is, we've seen it all before. This is why it's important to have the newer members around, you have a fresh set of eyes to look at things, and can come up with theories that we may not consider.

Just speaking for myself, and I haven't been around nearly as long as other members. :fence:

This is what I think it will all boil down to. She was a young, vulnerable, upset girl, walking the streets at an early hour on her own. Unfortunately that very rarely ends well.

But I do still have hope, because I'd love nothing more than to see her come home alive. I never give up hope until the day the missing person is found, because sometimes you just never know. :twocents:

Bc she wouldn't know if AS left with anyone instead of leaving alone, which many here have wondered about.

I think we need to let the dust settle before we bring up the cab companies again. We know the drill. LE is surely as smart as we are, and if not, they certainly should be!
