I have to admit that last night when a rumor surfaced YESTERDAY that someone NEW had seen someone else in the car with Adrienne when she crashed, all kinds of different scenarios entered into my head.

I imagined what might have happened if someone she knew had been with her, maybe jumped into her car as she was leaving her apt parking lot, wondered if she could have been injured and the other person was using her phone to make calls afterward.

Even wondered if someone could have gone back into her apartment and put her things back.

This case is enough to make you go crazy...unless you already are!

Agree about BF.
Confused by video in parking lot, since car there looks dark and like a cab... where was her car? Was she taken there in the lot and forced to go into her car? I believe she was in her car and something bad was happening causing her to fight with driver and causing erratic car driving and crashing tires.

ETA

She had crashed her car between the ride with BF/getting out to to walk, and the final exit from the apartment on foot. She was no longer with her car when she went missing.

Can someone please direct me to the video of the O'Reilly's parking lot? Do we have one here? And if we do, how did I miss it?

I do so totally agree! :)

I agree but it needs to be updated with the correct info now and articles to cite it!

Just because it is organized doesn't mean all of the info is updated and correct now.

It is how a timeline should look.

Ie: facts like she did not leave her apartment at ASH as the first bullet asserts. That was based on the info on the first missing persons poster which was WRONG and mislead much of the public!

Her apartment is at Brown and Hardy!

the video has not been released. LE commented on it, but it has not been released. In my search just now to make sure before I said this about the video, I see lots of speculation about the BF still.

True. I think I have the timeline indelibly imprinted on my brain now. When this is over I'm going to need a lobotomy.

Thanks for that verification. I saw a post where OldSteve mentioned the car looked dark like a cab and so I took it that he had seen the video. Maybe he was paraphrasing one of us. ;)

I wonder what the law is regarding cab companies and criminal records. I know you can't have a liquor license if you are a convicted felon. I wonder if the same is true regarding cab companies. I've always wondered about locksmiths too.

I would just love to know if LE checked out all the cab companies that were in that area that night. It seems too strange that she would have called a cab to come pick her up at the AM/PM and then just 'not show up'.

Of course there's always the possibility she called another cab company as well. I read that many fares do this and then will ride with the one who arrived first. Is it possible this is what she did? Would LE tell us if she had called another cab company?

Nahhhhhh....LE would have released that info to us for sure.

This must have been the 'only cab company' she called.

In my state we must do criminal background check through SLED (Within the state, the agency acts as a criminal investigation bureau) and a sex offender check on all drivers and the owner. This is mandatory.

You could check the AZ regulations on taxi & limo's. I was looking into this in the state of AZ but did not complete. If you wanted to start a taxi company who regulates it and issues the permits and licensees? Who or what department regulates your transportation industry?

As complicated as her movements and activities were that night...I really think that only about the last thirty or so minutes matter, in the scheme of things, as far as what happened to her. Probably more like fifteen, really. For me, it all boils down to A being determined to resume argument and/or make-up with BF and leaving house again on foot after crashing her car.

At that point, whether by calling a cab or simply by being alone on foot and possibly drunk, she became vulnerable to whatever predators roam the streets for just such an opportunity, i.e Mickey.

I dunno. I've been studying the maps of that area

1. where she lived

2. where she abandoned the car

3. where the AM/PM is located

4. where O'Reilly's Auto Parts is located

Even though I have seen maps of it posted before I never understood the full scale of it until I googled it and spent about an hour looking at the aerial view for myself.

I was amazed at how far away it is on foot for her to walk. And what Goblin was saying yesterday about wondering why in the world she ever crossed the street to be in the O'Reilly's parking lot really does make one go "hmmmm".

I think it is important to consider these things along with the calls of the last hour or so. Looking at the map, I think the only way she would have gone there is if someone offered to take her. Someone from the party perhaps. Maybe they said "Hey I'm going up to the AM/PM and I'll give you a ride."

I'm just saying....we could easily leave it as the current 'popular theory' but to be fair I think we can't ignore the other factors and have to still consider it might have been an acquaintance from around where she lived or someone at the party gave her a ride.

JMHO

ETA: How she got behind the O'Reilly's Auto Parts store is a mystery to me. Even if she walked there alone.

I am guessing her phone records did not reveal calls to anyone else for a ride or a meeting. So if she ran into someone she knew, I still think it was by chance and the last half-hour rule applies. JMO

At this point your guess is as good as mine. I lean towards those last minute calls, but then when I consider she called the cab at 4:23, sent text to BF at 4:47, was maybe spotted on surv/cam at 4:52, supposedly told cabbie she'd be there in "a minute" at 5:06, what was she doing all that time? Just walking around? I just don't know. And why did she cross the street to go behind O'Reilly's (provided that was her on the cam)?

  • #835
If she was on the phone with anyone else, it seems LE would have a suspect or POI's. or maybe she talked to a friend who lives out of the area, so it does not apply. We may never know. Right now ,everything seems to come down to that parking lot.

  • #836
Have they looked at the history of the neighbors in the area? Any predators, any with a past propensity of violence? Any molestors near where her vehicle was discovered?
Have they studied her cell phone records as well? Texts?

Any talk amongst her friends of a male that she was in contact with from time to time who posed as her friend/aquaintance?

With all due respect, Miss.....that was reported right away and known about since the 911 caller who saw her car with the flat tires. Maybe you didn't notice but it was revealed back aways........
yeah, it can all get tiring, I agree.

Hi Honey!

I'm sure they have looked into that. Or if not they should have! Actually, we do know there is one registered sex offender in very close proximity but we're not supposed to discuss that here I don't think. That's all I know about offenders/molesters.

They have all her phone records/texts...sure they've gone over them with fine tooth comb.

I'm thinking neighbors....maybe....

haha!!! Yeah I imagine it was. But I couldn't write down here all the really weirdo things I thought about last night. LOL!

Like WHO I thought it was and WHY!!!

Seriously! When I think of all the walking she did, from where she left her car (7th & Roosevelt) to her apartment. Quite a distance in itself. And then did whatever she did besides change clothes, she must have been tired. Exhausted, actually. Why would she want to walk to the AM/PM store (another long walk)?

I think someone could have very well offered her a ride. Or maybe she rode a bicycle and left it behind the auto parts store before going to the AM/PM to pick up later. I would have ridden on that side of the street had I been on a bike. But not for any other reason. Maybe someone stole the bike that day after she went missing.

Farfetched? Probably, but stranger things have happened.

I will be anxious to know if and when they determine whether or not the slender woman behind O'Reilly's at 4:52 am really was Adrienne.

ETA: There's GOT to be a REASON she was behind that Auto Parts store. Maybe someone instructed her to go there to wait for the cab.
