But let's say that he is cleared. What about this other cab driver that works for the company who was also interrogated (per cab_guy)? LE would need a reason to interrogate another cab driver. What would that reason be? Was he in the area? Did he get the initial dispatch? If so, did he go to pick her up? And so on, and so on.

Quoting another portion of my long post. I think it may be important to discuss this. Per cab_guy in the last thread, why was another cabbie at his bid'ness questioned/interrogated? Was he in the area? Did he get the initial dispatch?

Thanks for taking the time to do that cab_guy. Look forward to your input.

Thank you, Cab_Guy. :)

Nope, as far as we can tell, she never called us before that night. Her name is not in our data-base, and a search of her phone number shows only the below listed call contacts with her cell, all from the night in question:

1) 4:23 (4 minutes)

2) 4:37 call waiting incoming call (3 minutes)

3) 4:53 call waiting incoming call (1 minute)
Driver says he is on his way,,,AS says "...be there in a minute."

4) 5:05 Driver call (1 minute)
Call rings several times and goes to voice-mail...driver leaves message

5) 5:06 Driver call (1 minute)
Call rings several times and goes to voice-mail...driver leaves message

6) 5:06 Driver call (1 minute)
Call rings just once and goes direct to voice mail...driver hangs up

Thank you for this timeline of calls above Cab Guy :phone: and thank you for becoming verified~

4:52 slender woman seen in the Orielys west lot

4:53 last verbal contact with Adrienne; "be there in a minute"

4:54 Dark vehicle seen heading N in the Orielys lot

5:01 Raw video shows driver at AMPM

How long did the driver hang at the AMPM waiting for Adrienne?

I wish LE would release the footage in the Orielys lot. What direction was Adrienne headed in the lot? Has it ever been reported?

Gee, what are we missing? I just can't go anywhere with this tonight, stayed here way too late last night.

Can a local help me with this?

When I zoom in to the Tempe Town Lake pedestrian bridge on google maps today, I can't find the bridge. Is it my eyes? I see the label but not the bridge.

http://goo.gl/maps/IZf6s

It's not under water is it? I see water flowing into the dry area there to the west in the closeup pics but not the zoomed out ones on google maps here, so I'm guessing this is going on now...?

I still think her cellphone or something is right there in that area to the west of the ped. bridge. Such a strong hunch it's not even funny.

If she was on the video...why wouldn't LE be showing it? As far as we know, from what they are saying, they are more or less at a dead end until/unless a new lead surfaces.

I assumed that LE was just being respectful towards her father and family. If Rick Salina's says it is not his daughter, then LE is just sitting on it. I'm not sure what to think but wish we knew one way or the other.

I don't think it was meant to be leaked in the first place. If it meant nothing, they would say it meant nothing. If it is important to prosecuting the case, they might choose to stay mum about it. Surely a reporter has followed up on the video since it is - or would be - a fairly important piece of the puzzle. Yet there is a complete blackout of reporting on it - even a lack of reporting a denial to comment.

I am not at all sure that a reporter has followed up on the video. We see very little follow up by the media these days.

I doubt LE would refuse to comment on it based on what her father said. If they need help and the video could help identify the car, they would show it. They answer to the needs of Adrienne, as far as the case goes, and the public. So either it is not her or they know whose car it is.

Hmmmmmm! Good point, but .... what are the cops going to say if her own father says it isn't her? From what I have heard the film is grainy and the time stamps are off. Her dad is rumored to have said the girl in the film doesn't 'walk' like Adrienne.

but does she walk like Adrienne after a car crash, is the question.... JMO...

I wonder who else has viewed the video. Her mother? Her brother?

And coming down from a full night of partying. It was 5AM for chrissakes. I'm sure at that age my gait wouldn't have been recognizable after a loooong night of partying.

We see enough local media following up on the case. There is one female reporter in particular that seems quite up to speed. I mean, here's what he have:

1. The video was reported to exist.

2. Father says he doesn't think it's her.

Is that where a reporter stops the inquiry? God I hope not, or journalism is dead in this country.

I think they've been told not to ask about it, and they've obliged. If they haven't been told that, and still haven't followed up, then they're utterly incompetent.

Does LE know whose car is on the video? Whether the person is A or not, the car should be identified.

Can someone please tell me how GPS works? IOW can you track the movement of a vehicle the day after or week after it has moved? Can it be determined if the GPS was turned off and then turned back on and for how long? And also on a phone. Can you do the same, even if the phone is turned off?

I vaguely recall something about makers of devices being able reconstruct GPS info even if turned off, but not sure. As far as phones, not sure how it would work if battery had indeed died.
