Well if I am not mistaken she would have gotten off the phone with the cab driver around 4:40 after the 4:37 call. It isn't far fetched that she would have sent the text as she was leaving her house.
It might take her a few minutes to make final preparations. Or the cabbie gave her an ETA around 15 minutes - not too many other likely reasons for that call - maybe 4:43 is when she starts getting ready to leave. 4:47 was initially reported as the time she sent this text no? Anyways, depending where her apt was within the complex and how fast she walked should take 3-7 minutes to get to University/Hardy, which means it is her on surveillance at 4:52, or it is a coincidence.
Given potential implications of her having been there at 4:52, I would understand if her father did not want to acknowledge. If no one saw her leave the apartment - doesn't necessarily mean anything maybe folks have left and roommates are in their bedroom, maybe everyone left over is in a room smoking a bowl - it could even mean she went so far as to try and disguise herself to avoid attention.
So can Cab Guy verify that the cabbie was at the northeast corner of the intersection from 4:53-4:54, and can it be verified that the cab was not the vehicle driving through the O'reilly's lot, which would have potentially been driving from where Adrienne likely was to the AM/PM, where we know the cabbie eventually was? Whatever reason Adrienne would have had to cut through the O'Reilly's lot - predetermined location, cop avoidance, or she was thinking more clearly than many give her credit for and wanted to make sure a cab in a parking lot was her cab - the 4:53 call means the cabbie could have known her exact location.
Obviously police don't feel comfortable making an arrest, and given that it is good that they have publicly given the cabbie the benefit of the doubt to get the public off his back. Although everything I read sourced from LE says 'no one has been ruled out' and the cabbie and bf have simply been cleared as suspects 'at this point.' Just saying...
Cab Guys info seemed to be reposted to this forum (when it had initially been pulled pending verification) after he proved verification to WS. At this point I'm believing the info he has provided earlier in this forum IMOO.
