Yeah, judge is supposed to be back on the bench in 20 minutes to answer the jury question, he's not gonna be too happy if he has to do that with an empty stomach.

I don't get why they're even going through the victim impact statements when we neither have a verdict nor have gone through the aggravation phase if a guilty verdict is reached, this seems so out of order. Way too funny, but oddly placed in the proceedings.

Based on the little info we have...It seems that the Prosecution may have brought up this issue. They have MD and mom on jailhouse chat discussing what the defendant wanted the kids impact statements to say, and perhaps the state wants to compare those letters to the phone call to see if the kids wrote exactly what the defendant wanted them to? Thus proving her and mom coerced the kids to say what they conspired them to and the letters would be bunk and the kids would then have to testify?
that's my take on it anyway. it would explain why MD lost her shizt just now.
